The Nubby G is a medium-sized glass toy with two insertable ends. The bulbous, slightly curved ends are intended for G- or P-spot stimulation, while the pronounced bumps along the shaft are for texture sensation, mostly near the vaginal or anal opening.

The curve of the ends is less than some other dildos with a similar purpose. The Midnight Twist, for example, has a more angled head, which makes it easier (in my experience) to stimulate the G-spot more directly, meaning greater pressure with less effort to manually angle the toy.

I think this toy would be best used by someone who wants a more gentle G-spot pressure and loves the feeling of texture.

The Nubby G is pyrex glass, so it's completely firm, odorless and tasteless. Between the reasonable size of the toy and the lightly pointed (and therefore easier to insert) end, this would be a good first glass toy for someone who had not experienced the awesomeness of glass before.

The bumps run the full length and circumference of the shaft, and are definitely large enough to be very noticeable.

I measured the Nubby G at 7 inches long, with 6 inches insertable. For comparison, I measured my Midnight Twist at 7 and 3/4 inches long, 6 and 3/4 inches insertable. See the photo below for a comparison of the two side-by-side (the Nubby G is on the right). If you're targeting the G- or P-spot, you probably won't be inserting the full amount possible, but a slightly longer dildo has the advantage of more handle to grip. The Nubby G is adequate, but especially as a double-ended dildo (you might alternate between using the two ends), a little extra length would be a nice thing.

I did not find the curve of the end to be optimal for G-spot pressure personally, but those who prefer less pressure might like it. Having two insertable ends is a nice plus to this toy, each gives a different feel, although the bumps can be felt equally well no matter which end you're using.

The Nubby G has an attractive design, with both clear and deep blue glass as well as a flower shape in one end. It would look lovely on display!

Like other glass toys, the Nubby G performs extremely well for those who like extreme firmness and the feeling of the toy warming up with your body heat. It's very pleasurable to use for light thrusting (being careful not to insert so far that you hit the cervix), and for applying external pressure to the vulva and clitoris.

The end shaped like a penis head is easy to insert (using a lube of your choice), and provides some G-spot pressure, although I found I really had to angle it for it to be as much pressure as I'd like. The end shaped like a doorknob was also fun to try out. Although its dimensions are similar, it feels a little bigger and more filling than the pointed end.

I found the bumps along the shaft to be initially exciting, but a bit annoying after a few minutes. I would have liked for the bumpy feeling to stop and the thrusting to continue! In future I'll plan to have another toy nearby when using the Nubby G, to be able to switch things up when desired.

Glass toys, especially one-piece ones like this, are extremely easy to care for. You can use any type of lube (I prefer the extra-silky glide of a silicone-based lube, especially on such a firm material), and cleaning is easily done with soap and water. You can also sterilize the toy in the top rack of a dishwasher.

The Nubby G comes with a red velvet bag that's perfect for storing it in. You don't have to worry about contact with other toys in terms of the materials being reactive with one another, but if two glass toys are banged together hard enough it can cause flaws or tiny chips in the surface, so it's best to store them in their bags and take care not to drop one toy onto another or onto a hard (e.g. concrete) surface.
