This toy was definitely designed
Tantus’ Compact Dildo is a small
harness-compatible dildo with a “head” that is slightly larger than the shaft and small ridges that run down the shaft. It is made of high quality silicone, which means that it is easy to maintain and can even be sterilized if multiple people want to use it. Silicone is usually softer than plastic and stiffer than jelly, so it is often comfortable without being “pokey.”
The color of the Compact that I received is black, which is good for me because it is neutral, so my wife doesn’t find it distasteful. Not that it would matter that much anyway, since she won’t be using it very often, but I have always been a fan of sex toys in dark colors because I see no reason for my sex toys to stand out.
Well, you say, enough about color, how does it perform? My experience is that the Compact performs adequately. With a diameter of only 1” at the largest point and just 5” of insertable length, the Compact is a great toy for an anal beginner or for someone new to dildos in general. As a warm up to
larger sex toys, it can be good as well. I guess I have become a size queen, because the Compact was too small for my tastes. It just didn’t seem to hit the prostate very well nor did it provide the “full” feeling that I like sometimes. My wife used it on me in a
dildo harness, and it was comfortable, but not especially stimulating. It fits well in an o-ring harness as long as you have an o-ring that is small enough to keep it in place, which we do.
Overall, I would give the Compact 3 stars out of 5. It is a decent sex toy made of good materials and has its place as a starter toy, but it just does not hold the attention and provide the orgasmic possibilities like some of the others out there.
