Goliath - strap-on dildo discontinued by Tantus - review by Dame Demi

I must admit, when I first received my Goliath from Tantus|Strap-on dildo by Tantus, I did a bit of a double take. Goliath is not made for the faint of heart! At an insertable 7 1/4” it is not the longest toy in my collection, but its 1 3/4” girth makes it one of the thickest. Added together, the length and width of the Goliath make for a formidable playmate!

My Goliath is a lovely ebony black color, which adds to the overall powerful appearance of the toy. It has a large, rounded head with a deep ridge at the base. The entire shaft is covered with deeply molded and heavily pronounced veins. This toy is designed to make sure you feel every inch of it!

Goliath is 100% medical grade silicone, and thus should only be used with water-based lubricants. The finish on Goliath is not a smooth and shiny one, but rather matte and velvety. Again, there is no doubt Goliath was designed to be felt in every way; the velvety finish definitely produces much more friction than that of smooth silicone. The shaft on this toy is very firm, with very little give to it.

Goliath has a small, flared base, making him appropriate for harness use|Choosing the perfect harness. The base also has a hole for an included bullet vibe, which runs on 3 watch batteries and is virtually silent when inside the toy. Despite his size, Goliath conducts vibrations nicely, though they are somewhat muted by the time they reach the tip. The flared base also makes him safe for anal use, though he is definitely for the experienced only! Because he is silicone, Goliath is nonporous and can be sterilized by boiling, running through the dishwasher (top rack, no soap), and cleaning with a 10% bleach solution.

When you are looking for something a little more than your average-sized dildo, Goliath is an excellent choice. He is long, thick, firm, and very heavy—definitely a toy that makes his presence known!
