In retrospect, I can see that the UR3 material is quite controversial in design and to be handled with extra care... So, I'd highly advise using a condom at all times. Hell, I suppose the contoured ones could even add an extra dimension to this toy that I never before considered. Out of ignorance, I've been using it exclusively vaginally, without a condom for over a year, but I wash it thoroughly every time, and powder it (with the original one provided) when storing... Maybe I've just been lucky, but I haven't experienced any bacterial problems or other adverse reactions, besides all the reliable and delicious orgasms this cock has gifted me with (if that could be considered "adverse"). Yet, I am pretty innocent and selfish with my toys, so I can completely understand the added precautions with sharing not only this toy, but any toy. UR3 material is very porous, so I'd recommend using a condom with it at all times. It will absorb any bacteria its exposed to, might contain phthalates, and can't ever be shared.
Also, for powder- be sure to use cornstarch, not talc-based powder of any kind.
