Doesn't live up to the hype of a Nexus

If you are experienced with double dildos, don't purchase this one. Even if you are beginning, I would suggest looking at the Nexus Sr. or at one of the other dildo types because this one just wasn't cutting it for either my girlfriend or myself. This toy was just disappointing in almost every respect.

Use

The double dildo is meant to be used with a partner. It is primarily designed for hands-free, harness-free play. The smaller design than the Nexus Sr is meant for beginner play. That is where I have the issue with the toy--it is too small for either myself or my partner. The insertable end for the wearer was at a very awkward angle and never stayed in place. It continuously fell out, slid, or moved into an uncomfortable position. The opposite end for penetration into a partner was perfect, just the right length and girth. We were so disappointed with the other side! As a solution we attempted to use our harness (from the bend over intermediate kit) and keep it in place. The harness fit perfectly, but the smaller end still fell out almost every time we used it, no matter what position we tried.

However, using it for one person while holding it either by yourself or by a partner worked out fairly well. The shape works well and hits the clitoris and g-spot perfectly this way. Just really disappointed it doesn't work well for us as it is meant to be used.

Material / Texture

The dildo is made out of silicone, so it is a very safe material. It is comfortable when inserted and very easy to clean with soap and warm water. Although the wearer-end has ridges, they are not easily felt while inside--possibly due to the inaccurate fit for us. It is also fairly soft, so it can bend easily, but for those who enjoy something a little harder/firmer this is not going to be the one for you.

Design / Shape / Size

The shape looks very appealing, but as I mentioned before it was very uncomfortable and too small. The long end is perfect for penetration--just the right size and girth. It hits just the right spot every time. However, with a wearer, the smaller end just doesn't cut it. It is too small and is not positioned quite right. It falls out just about every time we try to use it as partners.

The dildo itself is soft, shiny, and blue. None of them are bad qualities themselves. The softness was slightly too soft for us, but we've heard others love it. I would not suggest traveling with this because it would be very obvious what it is and it is fairly big to pack.
    • Beginner

Performance

It's the perfect size for beginners. It does not work well for partner play unless you are small to begin with. It would be much more beneficial if the dildo was longer on the wearer's end.

Care and Maintenance

The silicone is the easiest and safest material to use and clean. Warm water and soap will clean the dildo the best. We prefer to air-dry ours so that it reduces the amount of lint/fuzz that likes to attach to it. We have used lubricant as well, but water-based only. Do not use a silicone based lube with a silicone toy!

Follow-up commentary
I am still not a fan of this toy. We've attempted to use it a couple more times, and we have found one position it works in, but it is not the most comfortable for us. Everything else we try still has one end or the other falling out. Since the last review, we have used this toy less and less, as we have expanded our collection with other things that work for us better. Perhaps this will work for some, but I was not one of them.

Sorry this did not work for you. We found it to be great when used with a harness.
