This Cherry Vibro-Dong is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It's a larger toy and that's one thing you may want to be cautious of if you are not experienced. On the plus side it is not so large that it's uncomfortable or painful. The size is good, it's durable and the variable speeds are great.
It's a very firm vibrator, which I personally prefer. It's not flimsy or bendable really. The smell is really overpowering. The drawer I kept it in just reeked of cherry without even having to open it.
The sound is noticeable to you and whoever is in the room with you. It's not loud enough to wake the neighbors or set off a car alarm. I look for the toys that are somewhat discreet in terms of sound and this one passed my personal tests. I have kids and family over typically and find it embarrassing when my toys are noticeable to anyone outside of my room.

As long as its not flavored you should be ok when it comes to getting yeast infections. I would not buy it myself as I wouldnt be able to handle it. Plus the idea of something scented inside me is a bit off putting for me.
