I love the way it feels in my hands, and the texture is amazing. With enough lube and patience the angle of the two penises are perfectly positioned for dual penetration. Talk about a mind altering experience! I love the fact they the designer knew to lengthen the anal penetrator and thin it out while maintaining the thickness of the primary penis.
The best part was that my husband and I were able to not only use this on a machine for double penetration on me, but also with a ringed plug to give me a handle to masturbate myself with double penetration style!

As far as scary - not a bit, you do not even have to use both at one time, some times I use the smaller one and graduate up to the larger one in one spot or the other.
