El Diablo, you're more than a handful

Despite a few craftsmanship flaws, the Rascal El Diablo is a wonderful cock. It's nicely filling (and this comes from a fisting fan) and it's long enough for deep penetration. Just be warned, the El Diablo is not for the faint of heart. He's hefty enough to make handling during strap on play a challenge. Are you skilled enough to handle this devil?

Use

Fans of rough strap on play, meet El Diablo. He's long. He's girthy. And he has extremely little give. Although handling can be a bit difficult due to the heft and size of this devil, the curve and the phallic tip make it easy to hit the right spot (be it a G spot or a P spot) once you get the hang of it.

Fans of strap on oral sex will have their work set out for them, at 7.5 inches of very rigid silicone the El Diablo is a tough (but rewarding) one to swallow.

El Diablo's medical grade silicone also makes him poly friendly, so he's an excellent choice for sluts like me.

Material / Texture

The medical grade silicone has very little give. Although I can make it bend about 60 degrees in each direction, it takes both hands and is extremely difficult to make it bend at all during play. Combined with the 1.8 inch diameter and 7.5 inch length, this makes the El Diablo a very good toy for rough play.

The toy has a mixture of matte and glossy finish. The matte finish is has a bit less grab than the glossy, but since there is so much glossy finish on El Diablo lube water-based (or silicone lube with a condom) is a VERY good idea.

The medical grade silicone (although a hindrance for silicone lube fans) makes this toy an excellent choice for those who love to share toys. Boiling, autoclaving, 10% bleach, and even sticking it in the dishwasher will sterilize the toy enough to be safely shared with as many partners as you wish. It's non-porous, latex-free, and has no odor (something I really love after my experience with the Balsy Super Cock Junior).

Design / Shape / Size

The El Diablo is beautiful, but it has several design flaws that make it difficult to harness.
It's difficult to keep the dildo firmly secured onto the O-ring because of slowly graduated slope down to the base. The slope on the outside of the curve also makes it rock dramatically downwards with the weight of the cock, even when my harness is as tight as I can make it. It stays in place just fine when worn with the curve sloping downwards (which works excellently for P-spotting if you can take the girth anally) but it presents a significant challenge when trying to hit the G-spot.

The good news is that El Diablo feels absolutely amazing when handled right. The girth is just wonderful. The curve and phallic tip makes it easy to amp the sensation up with very little thrusting effort.

The toy has a mixture of matte and glossy finish in very pretty swirling patterns that suggest flames that are very pretty, although the unsightly seem left over from the mold that runs up both sides is noticeable enough that I can't get too excited about the swirling glossy and matte finish. Although the seem can't be felt during play, it's a big detractor for me. There are also two small black score marks (at least on mine) that looks like a craftsmanship oops.

Performance

Even though it's difficult to handle, I really love this cock. It's girthy, but small enough to be usable. So long as I pay attention to what I'm doing and keep a hand on the the base every now and then, it's possible to get around the design flaws.

The fact that it takes very little thrusting to have a big effect (something I really love as a tiny dominant) makes it worth dealing with the handling. Even with the me struggling to get the handling right I was able to make my wife/slave come hard and fast as easily as if I was fisting her; this is from someone who usually doesn't get that much out of strap on play unless it's a small part of a larger scene.

In a weird way, the handling quirks kind of work for the El Diablo. Despite its design flaws, its an impressive cock. It only seems right (especially given the name) that he should be a bit of a handful.

Care and Maintenance

The silicone is easy to care for, so long as you keep it from touching silicone lube.
Make sure to check any condoms you use on it since more and more condoms are being packed with silicone lube instead of water-based. Boiling, autoclaving, sticking it in the dishwasher, and 10% bleach will sterilize the El Diablo, but antibacterial soap works well too if you're not sharing it.

He picks up lint like nobody's business, but this is par for the course for most dildos. Ziplock bags and shoe boxes will help. In the end, it's almost easier to plan ahead and allow time to clean it right before you play with ti.

Packaging

This toy is definitely marketed towards gay men, which might explain the some of the design flaws. Gay men (or at least, biological gay men) wouldn't necessarily need to strap it on or reach a G-spot. The packaging is all in black and red, with very bold lettering almost entirely in all caps. There's three references to anal play and no references to the G-spot, which is a bit of a shame because it feels REALLY fucking good on the G-spot.

Personal comments

There is one other thing El Diablo is good for, gesturing! I took him to a play party the same day he arrived in the mail and... well... I liked him so much I couldn't help but carry him around with me. Turns out the same base that makes handling an issue works great for slamming him down on hard surfaces. He stands up and stays in place perfectly!

Anything I said that I felt needed a little extra emphasis *slam* came down El Diablo!

He may be a handful, but at least he's handy...

he's definitely big, but by no means biggest I've ever seen.
just by size I'd consider him a medium-sized toy. it's mainly the smart design of the head and the curve make what girth it has VERY effective, much more so than many larger toys.
