Exceeded Expectations
This toy is the most exciting one I have (so far). It gives constant stimulation to the vaginal walls and G-spot. The nubs are also great for clitoral and nipple stimulation. Cons:
Because of the extreme texture, it hurts when trying with another toy for double penetration play.
When I first saw this online, I had to have it. It was just so cute and the most beautiful dildo I had ever seen. I have been a proud owner of this dildo for a couple of weeks now. When it came in the mail, I rushed to show my husband. That sparked his curiosity. He snatched it out of my hand and opened it right up. While he was busy being fascinated with the colorful dildo, I first noticed the absolutely amazing pouch. It was so velvety and thick! I have to admit to being worried about dropping such a gorgeous piece of art, but this pouch blew all concerns away. I have accidentally dropped it while it was in the pouch and the toy came out safe and sound. Not a single scratch.
I have to admit to being a texture lover. The more the merrier. I did read some reviews that told me that the raised bumps all around it were too much. I have to respectfully disagree. Because of the reviews, I was worried that I had met my match in the texture department. Later that night I was really excited to bring out the "new guy in town". Patience is a virtue when it comes to this toy. We slowly let my body get used to the extreme texture. After about 15 minutes, I would not have been able to make a complete sentence even if my life depended on it. The nubs created such constant stimulation that I had orgasm after orgasm until they blended together to feel like one giant orgasm. I could not tell where one orgasm ended and the other began.
It is insanely easy to clean. Warm water and soap. That's it. Because it it made out of glass, it has no smell or taste. A week or so later, my husband used a vibrating anal probe on me and inserted the Rainbow Mega Nubby in my vagina for some double penetration action and it hurt. The anal probe had no texture. So for that reason, I have to say that this toy is not for double penetration or for any other mix and match toy experiences. Since then, when I use this toy, I don't mix it with others and my first wonderful experience has been repeated and repeated. This is one of my favorite toys to date and I have quite a collection going on. If this toy were to ever break, I would definitely buy another. To all the ones who are new to texture, I say buy something less extreme and work your way up. If you already know you love texture, I say buy it! This toy is my Go-To toy. I have no complaints against this toy except for the "not for double penetration" part. But it is just so fantastic on its own that I don't care. I cannot say enough about how much I and my husband have enjoyed this toy.

Yes I am still 100% in love with this toy. I did use this toy and nothing else for about a week to see if the texture would get irritating or somehow suddenly be too much, and it still blew my mind every time. There was absolutely no irritation to my vagina. However, I am used to texture because I am into it, so I still caution people when thinking about buying this toy. Unless you know that texture is for you, go with something a little less extreme. Also I caution against heavy thrusting. I have not had any bruising problems, but still be careful. This toy is very durable. It still looks brand new. I hope to have it by my side for infinity and beyond.

Glass dildos are great! They all get really slick with lube, can be warmed (or cooled) in water, and are totally easy to clean. Texture wise there are all sorts of options, like the nubby you pointed out, or ridged, or smooth varieties. What works best depends probably more on your personal preferences than any one design factor.
I would say that if you like softer and more bendable materials generally you may find glass to be somewhat of a letdown, but if you like firm pressure glass is definitely where it's at.
We have a couple of glass toys (a plug and a few dildos) and really like all of them, not too mention they tend to be a little more fun to look at. Personally we like a mix of glass and silicone toys, because they each have things they are better at, but if you are curious about trying a glass toy out for the first time, definitely go for it. You will probably like it.

I haven't tried that specific glass toy, but I have tried glass toys with "nubs" on them. Honestly, they didn't hurt me in the least -- but, the jelly ones do. I don't understand it.
I LOVE glass though. -
Maybe if you move around and find it's too big, but in themselves, they wouldn't generally hurt (in my exp) :)

So I don't know much on the topic, but putting anything made of glass inside my body sounds a little scary. Do glass toys ever break?

Not usually, most glass toys are made of a solid piece of Borosilicate glass like pyrex. They shouldn't break unless you drop them and even then they may not break the first time they fall.
You should check them for chips before using them, just in case. -
Glass is one of the safest materials you can get, next to stainless steel and silicone. You can boil it and even throw some into the dishwasher! They'll break if you drop them real hard or throw them (especially the cheaper ones), or if you put it in the oven and then in a bowl of cold water, but not inside you!
