Just the visual intimidation and the first second of insertion.
This toy was a little intimidating at first glance to be honest, but any fears I had about it disappeared after the first time I used it. Once I'm all wound up with a touch of lube Randy slides right in, just a little tug the first time but after that I'm set. I love the realistic feeling of Vixskin and Randy is a shape that you won't find just anywhere!
I've used Randy mostly with my partner and we both love that he's easy to use in hand as well as in a harness. We found that one of the best things about Randy's thickness is that he stands up and stays where he's supposed to without any more effort that a twist of the hips. As compared to using other Vixskin products with the soft outer layer and the stiffer inner core that flop around and slip out more easily Randy stays where he's put.
Randy is short enough to not to bump into my cervix when other toys often do. There's no painful mid thrust bumps to get into the middle of the fun we are having with each other. He's a little tight in a standard ring on a harness but he fits. I love the pronounced head and the thick sculpted shaft and the way it feels as he slides inside me. The fit with Randy is just about perfect and it makes him my go-to toy.
There is a bit of weight to Randy so it makes him a toy easier to use with a partner and to be completely honest I haven't used him much on my own. He's a little large to keep in my mouth for too long before my jaw hurts.
The material attracts more dust and fibers than my other silicone dildos but just putting Randy back into the packaging after cleaning and drying prevents much delay before playing with him again. As with all my silicone dildos Randy is easy to sterilize using your own interfered method. I opt for boiling.

Experience
We like using Randy without a harness - just by himself in pretty much any position, as I get excited I push it out just a little and she can slide him right back when she thrusts. Just a touch of lube to get me started, but after that, it's all we need!

I'm still loving my Randy! I advocate giving him a try, even if you are a little intimidated. Even if you can't use him he's a great conversation piece. But you should use him, it's worth it.

Green Vixskin Randy?

So I see the green Vixskin Randy is out of stock.... Was it a limited time only thing? Was it made for some sort of event? Does anyone know where I can find a place selling the green one? Or does anyone have the green one? If someone has the green one who's willing to part with it (if you don't like it or whatever) I'd be willing to purchase it from you. It's silicone so it's easily sterilizable and all, so I have no worries about that. :) (I have bought and sold silicone toys before, sterilizing before and after of course. I wouldn't trust any materials that cannot be sterilized.)

Too bad its out of stock. My first thought of a green dildo was ehh... buts it really a neat color. Clearly I am going to have to start being more open-minded!

Its been discontinued. Who knows why. That was a great color.
It should be removed as an option. Why show us something we can never have?

Here's the deal: I just bought Randy and I definitely need some tips on how to use it (him?). I'm no stranger to larger toys but this one is giving me problems. I can get it in, but I can't make the hurt from my vagina stretching go away. Does anyone have any tips to share? This toy is so soft and amazing that I know that I'll love it once I figure this whole thing out.

I guess I'm chicken! I know their are plenty of contributors here who do have experience though. It looks so delicious...I wish my vagina had a little more fight in her!

I made the same mistake in purchasing this. Sometimes I can get it in, but it just hurts too much to move it. I don't know why I thought Randy could work for me. I must have just read a compelling review.
