Finally a glass toy I enjoy!

The Icicles No.24 is a unique glass dildo. I had given up on glass dildos until I tried this one. The unique shape and textures bring a lot to this dildo. As a beginner or someone who wants to try something new, I would recommend this whimsical dildo.

Use

The Icicles No. 24 is a medium-size glass dildo. It reminds me of an octopus tentacle. There are bumps on the top and veins on the bottom. The end of the dildo is curved and makes handling and thrusting the dildo easier. One thing I really love about this dildo is that you can warm it up or put it in the freezer for temperature play. I usually find most glass dildos too ridged and uncomfortable, but I found this one to be very pleasurable. The slight curve of the dildo is pleasantly subtle. I also like that the dildo is not the same size all the way around.

Material / Texture

The Icicles No. 24 is the first glass dildo I have ever really enjoyed. The bumps on the top are noticeable but not too overly textured. I didn't really notice the "veins" on the underside of the toy. The sides of the toy are smooth. Because the whole toy is glass, it is extremely easy to care for. The toy can be cleaned by being boiled, put in the dishwasher, cleaned with a bleach solution, or just soap and water. Any type of lube can be used with this dildo.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of this toy is very unique. There is a slight curve to the dildo. The handle at the end is very useful for thrusting and holding the toy. The size of the toy is just right and not too big. The toy is wider than taller which is different most toys because the toy is usually the same size all the way around. Because of this unique feature, the toy is a lot more comfortable for me. This dildo has an artistic look to it; I like to think of it as an octopus tentacle. I think it is discreet enough to not be thought of as a dildo when it is first seen.

Performance

I think the design is the best aspect of this toy. I love that the end is curved, and a finger can be slipped in to hold the toy. I love putting this toy in the freezer and then using it. Overall, the whole design makes this dildo unique from a lot of other glass dildos. I would definitely recommend it to anyone new to glass toys or wanting to try something different.

Care and Maintenance

Glass is one of the easiest materials to care for. This toy can be cleaned with a bleach solution, in the dishwasher, boiled, or cleaned with soap and water. Since this toy is nonporous, it can be completely sterilized, so it can be used with different partners. Any lube can be used with this dildo. The box this dildo came in could be used for storage; it has a piece of Styrofoam the toy sits in and comes in an attractive box with a display window.

      I think it would be brilliant if toy like a bit of texture. I fell in love with glass last summer and I'm still head over the heels.

      This one has a comfy handle - just like mine - which is important for thrusting. I'd try it if it was available in my country.

      If you decide you don't like the sensations it can serve as a very pretty paperweight ;)

      I know, I love it too. I want to buy it because its so pretty alone, then try it out. I love the bent graduate glass toy and I now love the feeling of glass. It looks very textured which Im not sure if Id love, but Im really curious about this one.

      Different kinds of glass have different densities, and therefore different strengths. Pyrex is quite strong, and is therefore the choice for sex toys, for safety.

      There is Pyrex glass, which is a borosilicate glass. Probably the strongest around. There is regular, plain old glass. Such as the kind you find cheap dishes made out of. I do know from experience the glass style dildos are a womens best friend. used a few on partners in the past and they took them before the tv when we split up. Aint that something.
