The Jollie Firm is a girthy, filling dildo shaped like the inside of a vagina. It's meant to be inserted and then left in place for gentle rocking, rather than thrusting. As it's quite large, it is definitely not meant for beginners, and even experienced toy users might encounter some difficulties when it comes to working this strange beauty into position.

Once inserted, it definitely provides a unique and satisfying experience that will earn it a spot of honor in any woman's toybox.

I suppose you could attempt to shove this other places, if so inclined, as the handle would prevent accidental toy loss, but I'd imagine anal use would hurt like heck and accomplish very little, so, personally, I'd recommend another toy for that purpose. Let the Jolllie do what it does best.

The Jollies Firm is made of firm, barely-flexible silicone with a smooth finish. Silicone is an ideal material for sex toys because it is non-porous, and therefore can be sterilized. It is also free of latex, phthalates, and potentially harmful chemicals, making it a body safe material. It has no taste or odor.

Due to the firmness, as well as size, I definitely would not recommend the Jollies Firm to beginners.

The Jollie Firm is a funny looking creature, her strange shape reminiscent of some as yet undiscovered sea creature, and that weirdness is only enhanced by the gold glitter suspended in clear, colorless silicone. Its size makes it completely unsuitable for beginners, and the average user should expect a bit of a challenge. The bump that presses so well against the g-spot might cause a bit of pain as it passes under the pubic bone, but once in place, the Jollie is an amazing fit.

If left out, the Jollie doesn't look like a sex toy, but it might attract some questions, thanks to its strange appearance. Tell them it's an unpainted or incomplete model of the Planet Express Ship from Futurama. It sounds as plausible as anything else.

As for traveling, I'm not sure what TSA might make of the x-ray if you stow this in your luggage, but if you carry it proudly in your purse, I doubt anyone except another Jollie-owner would have a clue as to its use. You might even encounter difficulty convincing security that it's a dildo if you try to be honest.

The Jollie is incredible.

It takes plenty of lube and a bit of determined patience to work this into one's lady parts, but the payoff is dizzying. Literally. I think I blacked out a little. It presses everywhere, and when rocked gently it produces jolts of sensation in parts you didn't even know you owned.

Thrusting with the Jollie is a terrible idea which will produce nothing but pain, and it doesn't vibrate. However, you shouldn't give a damn about what it doesn't do, because the Jollie has not one, not two, but three incredible ways to fill your body with sensation and make you see stars.

You can rock it gently, stimulating the g-spot and also discovering that there are plenty of spots inside that really like attention. This doesn't take much effort, and it feels fantastic, as well as educational. That is, if you can remember what you learned once you recover from learning it.

Alternatively, you can leave Jollie inserted, and concentrate on external stimulation. The handle of the Jollie rests against the clitoris, so it can be used to stimulate it directly via gently manipulating the handle, or it can transmit vibrations rather well. The hole in the handle can hold a bullet vibe. Or, you can force the handle to rest beside the clitoris if you prefer direct manual stimulation. It's a bit awkward, so if that awkwardness will be a dealbreaker for you, check out the Jollet instead.

If you want to experience vibration absolutely everywhere at once, that weird tail portion of the Jollie is ideal for resting a wand-style vibrator. I found that the deep, rumbly vibrations of the Rechargeable Mystic Wand, when held against the Jollie, create a sensation like nothing else I've felt before.

Silicone is one of the easiest materials when it comes to care. It can be sterilized in the dishwasher, in boiling water, or with a 10% bleach solution. For regular cleaning, it can be washed in hot, soapy water, or sprayed down with toy cleaner.

I also recommend either rinsing it, or wiping it with a baby wipe, immediately prior to use, to make sure it is lint free.

Storage is easy. It fits well in a small cosmetics case, a mid-sized separator bag, or a ziplock bag. If your toybox is free of silicone composite and jelly toys, it can even roam free with the herd. Just remember that silicone toys should never be stored in direct contact with silicone composites like TPR -- the chemicals that bond to the silicone in such composites will attempt to make new friends with your Jollie, ending in tragedy.

Likewise, keep silicone lubes well away from silicone toys. Water based lube is recommended.

The packaging from Jollie is unimpressive. This toy came in an undecorated clear plastic container that cracked and broke open in the mail, and at some point in its journey, the toy encountered something gritty. I recycled the container, washed the toy thoroughly, and forgot all about the incident until I sat down to write this review, but I'd definitely not recommend this packaging for either gifting or storage.

I collected a fair number of toys before I bought a Jollie, and despite the quality and variety of my collection, I found myself unprepared for the sensations I experienced with the Jollie. I not only enjoyed it thoroughly, so thoroughly in fact that it took a few weeks to find even these inadequate words to describe the experience, but I also learned a great deal from it. Thanks to the Jollie, I've discovered new pleasures -- including the Anterior Fornix Erogenous Zone (A-spot) -- and become more in tune with my own body.

I simply cannot recommend this toy enough.
