Use

Looking for a really soft dildo so that you can wildly thrust your heart out? Well look no further than the VIP Super Soft dildo by Tantus. No matter which orifice you are trying to satisfy, the VIP is safe due to soft balls that make up the base. Because there are no vibrating parts to worry about, this toy can be used anywhere you want and there is no reason to worry that your partner might be too rough. Although it is very soft, it does feel larger than average when inserted, so keep this in mind if you prefer smaller toys.

Material / Texture

The VIP Super Soft is made from 100% silicone, one of the safest sex toy materials out there. It has no smell or taste (I have given the VIP a few blow jobs) and no harmful chemicals or ingredients that will cause allergic reactions. What makes it different from regular silicone is that the entire dildo is made from the soft and squishy silicone Tantus uses for the outer layer of their O2 toys. I think the VIP has the most give out of any of my toys. It is floppy and flexible and can be squished down very easily, but this does not make insertion hard. I love to just squeeze the VIP, it is so much fun.

The entire shaft of the VIP is smooth, which makes insertion nice and smooth. I am glad that it is not sticky like some other softer materials (such as Cyberskin when it is not powdered). The silicone is not slick, but instead has a slight matte feel. There is some drag, so lubricant is needed, however it is not as matte as other toys that I have used.

Design / Shape / Size

The VIP is a pretty realistically shaped dildo. I hate to break it to you, but if anyone came across this in your house there would be no story you could make up about "art" that would make them change their mind about what this is for.
There are details in the head and flat-bottomed, yet realistic looking balls. The head has a tiny ridge, but nothing that is really felt in use. The balls make it safe for anal play and work as a stand, however the shaft is a bit heavy and leans a bit too much for them to fully support it. The first day I got this I left it on my table and I walked out of the room and heard a loud thud. I came back and found the VIP on the floor, so keep that in mind when you are letting this one dry after cleaning. The balls slap against your body when you thrust rapidly with this which adds to the fun.

In total, the VIP measures 7 inches long, 6 of those are insertable. I can insert it fully with no discomfort because of the length (in combination with the softness). The product page says this has a diameter of 1.5 inches, but mine seems closer to 1.75. I have held it up to Johnny Vixskin and the two are pretty comparable in size. Even though it is soft, the VIP still feels larger than 1.5 inches, but I really like the size and the way I feel full. Because it is soft I don't feel very stretched, it seems like the vaginal muscles closer to the entrance squeeze the diameter down and then the muscles let it expand a bit more further inside. Not sure how much that makes sense, but that is how it feels to me.

Performance

The VIP has performed just as well as I had hoped. I wanted a good sized, soft dildo that I could play rough with. I have thrusted so quickly that it has fallen out on occasion, but it is easy to get right back in. Because it is a little on the thick side, it fills me up and rubs on my g-spot a bit when I thrust it. This dildo is not something that will give you direct and strong g-spot or p-spot stimulation, but the stimulation it does give is very enjoyable. The best part, and the reason that I bought it, is the softness.

I don't really have any complaints about this dildo, I have had a fun time using it!

Care and Maintenance

Because the Super Soft material is 100% silicone, it is easily cared for. For everyday cleaning, soap and water or toy cleaner/wipes work just fine. To sterilize it for sharing or using in different areas you can boil it or use a 10% bleach solution.

Remember, only water based lubes should be used with the VIP. It is especially important to pay attention to this because this soft silicone could easily be damaged by silicone lubes.

Even though this silicone is really soft and seems like it would require special storage, I saw in the Forum that it does not. For a while I kept it in the original packaging, but now I keep it in a plastic bag in my drawer (it is easier to get to that way). Just make sure that you store it in a place where it won't get punctured.

Packaging

The VIP comes packaged in the standard Tantus packaging. This consists of an outer plastic box that allows you to see the entire toy. It also has some basic info about Tantus and their toys. Inside the outer box is a molded, double-sided plastic insert that the VIP sits in. I am not sure if Tantus is getting rid of this packaging because I ordered a Super Soft Mark and it came in a plastic bag with a Tantus tag.

I know this is a random comment, but I just need to say it. Because Tantus has "real names" for their realistically shaped or realistically colored dildos, I have a hard time referring to this one as simply "VIP". However, I don't have a name for it yet. I'm open to suggestions!

Experience

I was a little scared to give the VIP a blow job because I thought that maybe I would leave teeth marks or possibly damage the toy, but one day I just had to do it. VIP fills my mouth up just as well as it fills me up vaginally. The softness makes it easy to enjoy going down on this toy.

Though I can't take this size anally, I want to give it a try one day. I just need to get some more experience under my belt. It is just so soft... I will have to try it out and give a little bit of an update on that in my follow-up review.

I have the original VIP and Johnny and the diameter of the Johnny is much larger than the VIP. It's crazy for me to think that they increased the size of the VIP that much in the super soft material. Thanks for the information, it really puts the super soft VIP back into consideration at some point.

    • Its softness makes me hope it will work well for packing hard. However, its upward curve is pretty significant and the cock itself is also long and thick, which makes me think it won't be so good for packing hard.

However, I think the clothing would have to be loose enough to accommodate the size and strong enough to limit the big bulge, like a loose pair of jeans. Also, while the VIP super soft can be used for penetration, it's almost more like a semi-hard erection.

      Well I store my Goodfella on its side in the box that it came in and haven't had a problem yet. I didn't even know they should be stored upright to be honest.

      I think the rationale for storing upright on the base is to prevent any permanent indents or impressions from forming on the soft outer silicone. I store my Goodfella upright because it is too valuable to me to damage in any way. Does anyone know if there are similar recommendations for the O2 line?
