The super vac-u-lock - realistic dildo discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Linga

The Super Vac-U-Lock is a realistically styled dildo with a scrotum base that is made from pure silicone and designed to be used with the Vac-U-Lock system via a hole at the dildos base. The Vac-U-Lock system is a patented way of attaching specially made dildos and vibrating cocks to harnesses, strap-ons and other items via a peg and hole type of system. The Vac -U-Lock system also gives you the freedom of changing the the "insertable" to suit your mood.

I originally bought this dildo because it's the same shape as an old favourite but made from safer materials. The dildo that it replaced was a clear jellie version and I used to love practicing my oral techniques on it but as you know jellie is quite unstable and not very safe. The jellie version ended up "melting", taking on the texture of anything it came in contact with and so I bought the Super Vac-U-Lock instead.

The Super Vac-U-Lock or "The Rock" as I affectionately call mine is made from food grade silicone and since it is, it comes with all the added benefits like being hypo-allergenic, non-porous, latex free and phthalates free! This particular silicone would have to be the firmest silicone I've ever felt, it really is quite hard and probably wouldn't be the best choice if you like something that feels realistic.

The Rock is designed to look like a real cock and so it has ridges and veins along the shaft and a fairly prominent head, probably more prominent than an actual penis. Since the material is so hard, every vein and ridge can be felt in use and probably won't be any good for anyone who doesn't like texture or anyone new to texture.
Apart from the texture that is part of the realistic design the Rock really has no other texture at all, it is a perfectly smooth sort of silicone that has a fair amount of drag but no velvety-ness that you can feel with your finger tip.

The silicone of the Super Vac-U-Lock only has a light smell, that is only detectable when put right up to your nose and is completely tasteless but even so I recommend giving it a rinse before use because it does get dusty.

As I mentioned before the Super Vac-U-Lock is a realistically designed dildo, even if that realism is over exaggerated in some details. The tip of the toy is a large rounded head with a very substantial corona (that's the ridge around the head of the penis) which measures 1 5/8" in diameter or 5 3/4" in circumference.
The shaft of this toy is only slightly thinner at 5 1/4" in circumference and has a long ridge down the underside that stretches from the frenulum all the way down the the scrotum area where it splits off into two ridges, one over each "testicle". I use the term testicle because even though this dildo is realistically designed, they have stylised the balls a bit. They don't have any of the usual wrinkles and veins that realistic toy usually have, instead they are just two very firm "lumps" that loosely resemble a scrotum.

I did originally buy this dildo to replace the one that I had in jellie. Mainly I wanted it to suck on and practice my oral skills (you can never practice too much) specifically deep throating. Now it didn’t work so well for MY intended purpose but as an actual dildo I really like it.
I love that you can feel every ridge because it is made of a firmer than usual silicone. I would caution anyone who doesn't like really firm toys to steer clear because this baby has virtually no give.

Keeping the Super Vac-U-Lock clean is as simple and has as much variety as any other fully silicone, non-poered toy. A good lather with some warm water and soap or even anti-baterial soap. You can even toss it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes or the dishwasher on the top shelf. Silicone can even be washed with a 10% bleach solution.

Storage for this toy gives you a lot of options too. I personally store mine free standing on a shelf in my built in wardrobe but you could easily keep the packaging it came in, pop it in a bag or box or even tucking it away in drawer.

Unfortunately the Super Vac-U-Lock didn't work so well for oral practice and ended up being far to hard for anything oral related, it has almost no give at all and would give me a very sore jaw after only a few minutes. It also makes a loud squeaking noise on the roof of my mouth which is a terrible mood killer.
