This toy was definitely designed
I was very shy of glass toys at first. For one thing, it's GLASS! In my opinion glass is not something you should be using during sex, but after a bit of research I was very confidant in the safety. Next on my list of thoughts was that I have never been good with toys that don't vibrate. It just doesn't do it for me. I need friction and warmth and MOVEMENT!
BOY WAS I WRONG! When I bought this
g-spot toy I was looking for something pretty, and cheap. Not cheap as in a quick fling, but cheap as in a nice amount to spend on a first toy. Who wants to spend 300 dollars on a
dildo that will sit in the drawer and never get used.
What I got was a glass goddess! The colors are so vibrant and smooth and the weight of the dildo was amazing. I was dying to get my moneys worth out of this, so when my Mother in law picked the kids up for their weekly playdate. I went straight to my bedroom with my new friend and a glass of wine. (I mean come on, this sort of toy deserves the best)
Well Starting off with a quick feel, I noticed that unless your very wet this toy wont work without lube. I tried a bit of warming lube since it was kinda chilly and i wasn't in the mood for a freezer pop. The nubs gave the toy just enough friction to make it rock my world, while the curve of the dildo was great for my g-spot.
My favorite feature about this toy is that one end has a tapered head like a penis and the other has a double bulb head that works great for anal play. (ill have to do a fallow up on that after a few more tries)
My husband showed me something neat when he got home. By running the toy under hot water for a few minutes the temperature was just right. Warm enough to make you think its the real thing and not hot enough to hurt you. You can also do this with cold water to give yourself a nice new feeling.
Now that toy sounds like a fun ride. I might just have to get one for myself. Thanks for the review!
I can say right off that if you want friction, then you need some type of textures on there, otherwise your not gonna get ANY. (but if you want a real smooth ride then dont get any....)
I still haven't purchased a glass toy and after all the talk im going to in my next order. I dont think I would really like to ribbed nubs though. Great review.
Yea, Im interested in trying steel toys, again, they dont vibrate but they may be worth it.... I just dont want to shell out 200 dollars for one! lol
I totally agree--I'm not much of a "dildo" fan, I much prefer things that vibrate. The premium materials in this case *do* make all the difference, though. I've got the Gold Fumed Rocky Road, a close cousin to this, and it's also got those wonderful nubs that drive me wild!
Wow I didnt think about the ways to clean it as being a plus, I should have mentioned that!
I am a glass, steel and ceramic lover. I like the temperature (warm water, or soak it in a bowl of ice water), the fact you can sterilize it (boil it, dishwash it on the top shelf with no soap, or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution!). Welcome to the world o' glass!
lol I know, talk about a whole new world. I love my vibes of course but Glass is in another class!
I also am usually against toys that don't vibrate, but I got a close cousin to this toy and I love it. Glass is undeniable, I guess!
