Great intro to glass

Overall, this would be a great toy for someone interested in a first glass toy. It's pretty basic, but it makes the most of its features. And most importantly: it feels absolutely wonderful!

Use

This was the first glass toy my partner and I have ever used, but after Allegro we are definitely planning on adding to the collection! Since it's glass, it can be used at room temperature, chilled, or warm. Its shape and curves gives a delicious variety of sensations.

Material / Texture

The ridges in the glass provide an awesome sensation. My girlfriend is very sensitive to texture, even slightly raised nubbies tend to hurt her, but the ridges on Allegro were gentle enough to drive her wild.

Design / Shape / Size

Allegro is a double sided dildo--one more cylindrical, the other side round. The girth was comfortable--filling but not overly so. We're not big fans of the "realistic" looking dildo, and this bears no resemblance to any anatomical part.

Performance

Overall, I really love this toy. The only drawback is the cleaning. It really needs to be cleaned with a brush in order to get between all the ridges, if cleaned by hand.

Care and Maintenance

The toy is made of thick glass, however it's still pretty fragile if banged against a hard object. The toy should always be inspected prior to and after use for cracks or chips. It can be cleaned in boiling water or even the dishwasher.

- Hard to clean

Packaging

Included with Allegro is a velvet pouch for storage, but it's not padded and offers very little protection. I have mine stored in back of my sock drawer just for added cushioning.

	Carrie Ann (verified) You might want to mention what sort of glass it is, what sort of lube you can use with it, if you need any, perhaps mention the size a bit. Saying it's girthy but not too girthy doesn't tell the reader much. Maybe compare it to the size of something else. Otherwise, nice first review.	07/17/2010
