The Basics:

The Hot Rod Dildo by Downunder Toys is a 7" long, 5 1/2" circumference toy made of all new medical-grade Sensa-Feel silicone. It is designed to be realistic, from feel to texture. The dildo starts with a rounded head for ease in penetrating that then curves into a neck with ridges and an angled shaft. The shaft is covered with raised veins to create extra simulation and maintain the realism factor. The inner core of the toy is solid while the outward skin is soft and warms to body heat. The wide, harness compatible base doubles as an easy grip. This adult toy is non-porous so it will not absorb lube, odor, or bacteria. It will last for a lifetime and not perish, degrade, or disintegrate.

The Experience:

When I first took the Hot Rod dildo out of the package, I was pleasantly surprised with the feel of this sex toy; it felt so real! It is flexible but without being flimsy, it goes in with ease; making it good for beginners and experts alike. I prefer not to use any lube with a toy if I don't have to (it makes the experience more real for me), so I was even more pleased when none was needed. It also did not stick to me like some toys do and slid in and out with ease.

The page insert that comes with the toy mention the option of heating the toy for 20 seconds in the microwave, but so far I have chosen not to do so, seeing as how you wouldn't put any real penis in the microwave; kind of my way of creating as real an experience as possible. Even so, I found the microwave wasn't needed as it didn't take very long for the sex toy to warm to my body temperature, increasing the pleasure; I was surprised at how well it accomplished this. It was amazingly life-like and I found it very easy to imagine my Hot Rod was a real penis. Not only did the warm feel of the toy make it seem real, the raised veins also contributed to the authenticity; this feature created a wonderful amount of sensation without creating too much, too fast.

Another bonus was the wide base, making the toy easy to keep hold of, regardless of my pace or position. This makes the Hot Rod a great companion, no matter what your fantasy may be. I also found this dildo very easy to clean, so no extra effort required in that area. The toy may seem expensive to some, but I believe it to be well worth the cost. This is perfect for anyone looking to have as real of an experience as possible. One of the best sex toys I have ever had the pleasure of adding to my collection.
