The color is just a slightly more orange-y than real skin (Caucasian) color, but I can deal with that, no problem. The head is a very realistic pink that fades naturally back into the skin color. I would have liked a slight blue tint to the veins, which would enhance the real look, but again, I can deal.

I was really impressed with the feel of it. The whole thing has a slight stickiness to it that doesnt seem to go away no matter how many times you wash it, but I've chalked it up to the fact that its a non-biological part of the body.
