The Icicles no. 18 is designed as a Gspot dildo that has tow different ends that can each be used to obtain a different feel depending on your mood. As a well designed Gspot dildo, this one also excels at being a Pspot stimulator, which is how I have used it to great effect. Because of it's shape, this dildo is actually quite versatile in how it can be used. One surprising way that I've had some really intense orgasms is to have it inside me just about half way while laying on the bed on my back. The curve of the dildo is such that only a portion contacts the bed beneath it, and I've found that I have an amazing amount of control as to how much pressure I put on my prostate by adjusting the attitude of my hips. It is so balanced that I can actually do this hand free. I'll get more to the use later, before moving on though, I should note that since this is a glass toy you should be careful when thrusting. Because of the bumps along the shaft, I doubt that those who also choose to use this dildo anally will want to do much thrusting, but you never know! I think at this point I have sung the praises of the Icicles 18 enough for you to gather that I think it performs excellently. It is weighted perfectly and also high on performance while being relatively low on cost. Thinking about in terms of value performance this just might be the equivalent of a sex toy multitool. My girlfriend has used the toy a little bit and has liked it, but she's not as into toys as I am, so I can't really speak for her. Judging by the reviews of this toy already written by women, it is as good at getting to the Gspot as it is for the Pspot. Another way this toy could potentially would be used would be with an end inside each partner... possible I suppose but I doubt I'll ever get there with it!

Because the Icicles No. 18 is Glass, it's very very easy to clean and maintain. Warm soapy water is all I need to get it clean and ready to go for another round. If I'm sharing the toy, I bleach it in a 15% bleach solution, or more often than that I'll plop it in a pot of boiling water. Any lube will do without fears of damaging the toy. Because asses don't make their own lube, I use something thicker than you would use in a vagina. For vaginal play I doubt any lube would be needed if the user is even remotely wet.

Care should be taken to not have the toy knock into other hard toys that you may have. Pyrex is really strong stuff, but you could easily break or chip the dildo if you dropped it on a hard floor. Dropping onto any carpeted floor would not be an issue.

This dildo was vary tastefully packaged. It comes in a nice box that features very artfully depicted photographs of the massager at different angles set on a black background. On the front is a clear window that displays the actual toy. The text is also tasteful and just presents the toy and extolls the many virtues of a glass dildo, which they call a massager. I liken the box to that of an Apple product. The feel of the box is the same, and it says to the person holding it that this is something that whoever made it is proud of. If I made this toy, I would be proud of my achievement too. The high density foam that the dildo is packaged in can be reused for toy storage. This is certainly nice, but I would prefer a simple sock or padded pouch.

I think that this is a terrific dildo for Pspot orgasms.
