Medium big stuff - dildo by Doc Johnson - review by Tuesday

I did not realize when I ordered this product that it is intended for anal use by men. One quick glance at the packaging made the toy's intended purpose crystal clear. It comes in a clear plastic tube that states 'For Mid-Sized Anal Play. Titanmen. The authority in male toys.' The black color should have been a clue.

I can't imagine using something this large anally. That requires more courage than I have.

This cock is quite firm, markedly more so than rubber. Its about the same level of firmness as a TPR silicone toy I own. It's not the least bit floppy. It only compresses a modest amount when squeezed.

Medium Big Stuff is made of sil-a-gel, which is a PVC rubber product. It's a relatively safe material that is only semi-porous and has the advantage of being completely anti-bacterial, latex and cadmium free and non-toxic. It has a faint rubbery scent, not nearly the level of scent of a 100% rubber toy. I wrote to Doc Johnson to ask what plasticizer was used in this product. I didn't receive a reply, so I can't state for certain whether it contains phthalates, a common PVC plasticizer.

The easiest way to hold it is with the palm of your hand on the base and fingers spread and wrapped around the base. It's not as easy to grasp as dildos with balls or even toys without a base. While holding it in this manner, it can become slippery and difficult to manage if lubrication comes between your hand and the base of the toy. Grasping Medium Big Stuff this way was awkward and a little uncomfortable, but I didn't find holding it in any other way to be workable.

The ridges feel nice, but can only be subtly felt. Usually thrusting is the key to success with dildos for me, but with this toy, inserting it a few inches and jiggling it up and down resulted in sensations as intense as thrusting. Even though its design is quite different, Medium Big Stuff is on par with Ella in bringing quick g-spot orgasms. The size, firmness and the upturned head are an amazingly effective combination.

It takes me a bit of work to insert. Its near the maximum size I can handle. I warm it up in hot water, then apply generous amounts of lube. It helps to loosen yourself up with a smaller toy first. Frequent re-application of lube is a necessity with this toy.

It might have worked even better for me if I had ordered the Small Big Stuff. But the toy I warm up with before Medium Big is the same circumference as Small Big and I usually wish it were a little bigger. The warm up toy is much softer. So it appears that I haven't found a dildo yet that is the perfect combination of size and firmness for me. If Medium Big were a little softer it would give its intensely pleasurable sensations without the bother of slow gentle insertion. Then would be nearly perfect.

The base of this cock works excellently as a suction cup. I'm not clear if that was the intention. I left this sticking on the inside of my shower for days, sometimes with washcloths hanging on it. The suction remained strong. I enjoyed having this big black dick greeting me every morning.

This cock has only moderate lint magnet tendencies. It's much better than most toys in this respect. You can safely use either silicone or water-based lube with Medium Big Stuff. I tried both. Its easy to clean with just soap and warm water.
