Realistic dildo discontinued

Yawn...I think it’s going to the back of the toy drawer…

In this case, bigger is not better. It was simply disappointing. I was excited to try something that was in this girth range, but the texture/material let me down. It was a pretty boring, ordinary rubber dildo.

somewhat useful review
With a name like “Destroyer”, this dildo had a lot to live up to. It has a generous 12” in length, more than enough for any dildo enthusiast. The circumference comes in just under 6” and a diameter just under 2”. This is just a tad bigger than any other dildo I own. To date, I have been pretty happy with dildos that are about 1 ¾”, but I thought the slight extra girth would be worth a go. There is no suction cup or “alternative use” feature on this dildo. I did not notice a propensity to pick up lint but the material is slightly tacky.

When I received the Destroyer, I noticed the heft. Since it is made of rubber, it is much denser in nature than other dildos I have used. In addition, the texture is very smooth and hard. Again, it being rubber, this is to be expected. The dildo is flexible and definitely not too soft or limp.

When my husband and I got an opportunity to experience the Destroyer, the first thing I noticed when he inserted it is that it is noticeably smooth – I mean, it felt like a cold piece of plastic! Because of the smooth texture, it did glide in nicely (we did use lube the first time, but only because it was bigger than others I’ve used, and I wanted to err on the side of caution!), and the girth definitely gave me a full feeling, but it was SO smooth that it did not feel like the real thing. Perhaps you’re thinking, well it’s not the real thing, so why would I want it to feel that way? Good point, but I like dildos to feel realistic, not like a piece of hard plastic.

Given the length (almost 11” insertable), it is unlikely you will see it go all the way in (although there are apparently some reviewers out there who have been successful at it), but 10” on this one would have been fine.

My favorite dildos are made of either the UR3 or Pleasureskin material. While these materials are typically harder to clean they truly feel more like skin, and at least for me, that makes for a more pleasurable experience. My current favorite dildo is the UR3 Raging Dong, which is just slightly smaller, but it truly feels real. Although I realize many users are not a fan of raised veins, I have determined that the right kind of raised veins (UR3 Raging Dong) really do enhance the effect, especially when thrusted in & out.

I think this dildo is for experienced users (given the overall dimensions), and for those who specifically like the very smooth, hard dildos. If you get off on one of the UR3 other types, I’m not sure this will do it for you. Cleaning was straightforward with a toy cleansing product or just some good soap & hot water.
Experience
Perhaps some type of lubricant that heats up would provide a different experience when using this dildo?
