I wanted to fall in love
Your mileage may vary, give it a go, but use lots of lube and be gentle. I'm sure this toy will work wonders for some while others will find it just uncomfortable.Published: January 28, 2010
Pros:
Hypo-allergenic, easy to clean, SPARKLY, provides lots of sensation/stimulation.
Cons:
A little too firm, not good for partner play.
I was intrigued when i saw this toy, its shape, its dimensions, the sparkly silicone with its varying textures bumps and ridges. Visually, I was besotted, simply a froth with anticipation for its arrival and to give it a go. Once I opened the box and held it in my hand I started to have reservations.
Firstly, the toy is MUCH firmer than the silicone I'm used to, with its girth-tacular bulge and almost unforgiving rigidity I had some doubts about its ability to make me see stars. I sucked it up, grabbed the lube and warmed up a bit first. It took some work to get the bulge in, but once i did it was a very unique feeling: full, but not stretched. Twisting and VERY gentle thrusting got me to the moon quickly, but when more aggressive thrusting was employed it was just painful. The bumps along the "shaft" below the bulge feel nice, and the different textures of silicone along the toy keep you stimulated. I found the length to be a little more than I could really handle, if I tried to grind down to rub against the texture near the base, it hurt, so the only really comfortable way for me to use this was on my back, which really isn't my favorite position, and believe me i spent plenty of time trying to find a comfortable way to not only use the toy, but a comfortable position in which to be.
It doesn't really lend it self well to use with a partner, in fact mine refuses to use it on me. I like that the silicone is VERY good quality, and despite the different textures(which by the way feel amazing) cleans easily. I wouldn't recommend this to a beginner, and I haven't tried it anally yet, but if i ever work up to it I think it'll either be fantastic, or really really bad. Overall, it's OKAY. It's a quality toy for a reasonable price, but not one I reach for often.

Follow-up commentary

While the firmness of this toy isn't always what I crave I still reach for it when i want to feel full and I want to get off quick. I still prefer it for solo use as it's a little too hard for the way my husband likes to thrust. Overall it's a great toy but I can't whole heartedly recommend it for beginners.

Thank you for viewing Jollet – dildo review page!

This is a great first review. Your style of writing is very fun and easy to read and you provide some really great details here. I would encourage you to check out the extended template when writing reviews (I use it most of the time) because it will give you some ideas for things to add to future reviews. For example, how to clean and store and share toys would be great things to add in the future.
Anyway, welcome to EF! I'm excited to read more of your reviews
Thanks for the review.
thanks for the tip SL&P-L, the extended format helped me organize my thoughts and I think give a more useful review(i hope)
Welcome to the community, and thanks for a nice first review! If I remember correctly, I think this dildo wasn't designed for thrusting, but more for rocking/grinding motions. This might explain why it felt so uncomfortable to thrust.
Welcome to EF! Nice review too,
Welcome to the community!
welcome. good job.
This is on my wish list. I'm excited to have a dildo that just fills me up vaginally, every nook and cranny. I would love to see how this feels on my g spot while having anal sex, or using a Hitachi at the base.
Good review! Welcome!
hey maiden. i've used this vaginally during anal, and I found it to be very uncomfortable. It might be more enjoyable with the soft version, but i don't have that one so i can't say accurately. The Randy by vixen creations, which i've also reviewed here: link might better serve your purposes
Thanks!
Good review!
