I personally like this toy for vaginal use. It's got some really great ridges right under the head and nubbly bumps that are meant for some minor clitoral stimulation. The tube with attached bulb is meant to jet either water or a combination of water and lube. Getting the texture of cum, however, is a PAIN. If someone has the magic combination of water-based lube and water please do share it.

It does have a flared enough base where it could be used anally, though given the rather large size of the head, I'd recommend only people with quite a bit of experience go for it. Also no sharing from one to the other, though that goes without saying.

Made of rubber, not a very strong smell after you wash it. Right out of the package though the smell is a big turn off. Wash it with hot water and some soap and the smell goes away. Kind of medium stiffness. Smooth texture. But this is rubber so it is a porous material, as such is can't really be effectively sterilized. Extend its life and the overall cleanliness of the toy by covering it in a condom. Especially if you intend on sharing it with anyone or transferring between anal use and vaginal use.

This toy is 8 1/2 inches long and 1 3/4 inches diameter. This puts it a little bit longer than the average male. Molded from rubber it has ridges right below the head and bumps at the base of the shaft for additional stimulation. The description says those bumps are meant for clitoral stimulation but that didn't really happen for me. I like the feel of the bumps but they didn't do much for me stimulation wise.

There is also a hollow going down the center of the dildo. This is the, for lack of a better term (sorry if I'm taking someone else's wording), cum-tube. By dipping the head of the toy into a dish of water and water-based lube you can imitate ejaculation. Though the rubber ball at the end is too stiff to provide really the same force as real ejaculation, it's still an interesting feeling. The hole is also much larger than I've ever seen a male get so the stream is much larger.

The head of this toy is a bit large for me, took a bit of work to be able to use it. And lube. So unless you're really warmed up keep a bottle of lube on hand. This toy bends just enough to be able to stimulate just about anywhere you need it and is big enough to provide a full feeling without being overwhelming. The only disappointment I had with this toy was the cum feature. The bulb is so stiff and the opening so large that it failed to provide the same feeling as a guy actually cumming. If the opening were smaller I think it'd work a bit better but it was still enjoyable.

This is again made of rubber so real sterilization is not possible. Though nice hot soap and water should do. The hardest thing is getting the hollow cleaned. I filled the sink partway with really hot water and soap and sucked water in and out of it using the bulb. Followed by rinsing it repeatedly the same way. To get it dry I put it opening down with the tube and bulb suspended over the faucet. As you really cant be sure you've cleaned everything out of this toy I'd recommend sheathing him in a condom if you intend on using it for both anal and vaginal or sharing him with someone else. Minimize your risk of infection. I just store it in its package, the package is sturdy enough to function as storage.

Like all Doc Johnson products I've come across the packaging is stiff plastic and flips open. It's sturdy enough to be used as storage for this toy. However not as a separate gift by itself. Also it hides nothing of the nature of this toy so still keeping it out of sight and reach of the kiddies is best advised.
