Midnight Bliss
There's a reason glass toys are so popular. They're amazing for g-spot stimulation, require very little upkeep, and are beautiful. This toy is no exception. For the amazing price, it delivers an amazing experience.Published: August 3, 2011
Pros:
Gorgeous, can be used from both ends, powerful g-spot stimulation, durable.
Cons:
The bumps on the bottom may be uncomfortable to some.

I think I like looking at this thing more than I like using it. It's just so pretty! I love having this in my collection of pretty glass pieces. It's great to use when I'm not really in the mood for the Amethyst, or I want to use glass with a partner. It's my second most-used glass piece I have.

glass or pyrex
-
What's the difference? Pros and cons?
-
Pyrex is just a brand name for tempered glass, or borosilicate glass. It's like using the word "Kleenex" for all facial tissue. Same stuff, same safety rating. :) If you want to see just how safe this material is, check out these videos from Dwtim: link and link and here's a little information from EF's own material safety guide link
It's a really safe and wonderful material. Also, as a side note, I have the Midnight Twist, and it's FANTASTIC! :) -
Not all glass is created equal. I think most glass toys on EF are pretty decent quality, but some I'm sure aren't as safe as pyrex is. Pyrex is designed to break into chunks instead of shattering. It's also less likely to break in the first place.

beginner and new to sex toys
-
I want to know what would be a great beginner dildo for just started out with sex toys.
-
Hey! I think it's great you want to start trying out toys. A few things to consider are whether or not you think you'll like length over girth or girth over length. And then you can move onto the different types of materials.
I, personally, prefer glass or silicone materials as they are non-porous and don't require condoms to keep them bacteria-free. They're a little more expensive, sometimes a lot more expensive but it's really worth it if you think about how many toys you may end up throwing out due to porous materials.
I like non-veined and toys that have veins but aren't overly pronounced with a slim girth. Investing in a good water based lubricant is also a good idea. I like the Sliquid collections.
Everyone is going to suggest different things and it's going to take trial and error before you find something you really like. Out of the dozens of toys I've tried, there are only three or four that I use all of the time. One of those is the Icicles No 17. -

Thank you for viewing Midnight twist – dildo review page!

I think they must have changed the design of this toy because if I recall, all the other reviews say that the white swirls are raised and quite uncomfortable but the one I just got is also completely smooth.
Also they seem to be giving out lower quality pouches now.
Nice review As potstickers said, I think the older version had swirls on the outside (which I think I would have liked).
Yeah, the pictures would lead you to believe that. No texture other than the bumps. In some pictures the bumps are clear, in others they are red.
Great job on the review
Great job on the review! Just the only thing, you'll want to wait 2 months to do a follow up review unless your toy breaks or malfunctions. Not much will change in six days of your review, so that is why it recommends two months!
What a beautiful piece of glass. Thanks. :3
