I've found that for me, it's best to warm up with the thin end and then switch to having the bulb inside. The bulb provides amazing g-spot stimulation for me, that why it's my favorite toy at the moment.
The toy is also great for anal use, the bubbled end is similar to anal beads.
Alternate use: the bulb makes a comical magnifying glass.

I love the smoothness of this toy, being glass it doesn't require much lube, if any, at all. I have tried textured glass toys and haven't liked them nearly as much as this smooth toy.
Because it is so hard, some care must be taken when thrusting. For instance, I'm a little wary of letting my S.O. use it on me, communication is a must when using something this unforgiving.

The toy came in a padded box that was made just for it (hard, foamy material with a cutout that fit the toy exactly). The outside packaging wasn't the worst I've seen, but it was a little tacky. (But hey, it's a sex toy, what do you expect?)
The inner packaging might be good for storage, but I didn't find it necessary.
