My first (and favorite) glass toy
This is a wonderful starter glass toy, I'm very glad it was my first and I've yet to find another that can get me off so easily. The price of this toy makes it a good first, rather than starting with a ~$100 toy and finding out you don't like glass. I wish I could find more toys that are this reliable.Published: September 25, 2010
Pros:
Very rigid, smooth and weighty
Ultra-slick
Attractive look
Great price

Cons:
Extra precaution during partner-play
Be wary of drops

I still love this dildo. I use it less, but I certainly don't like it any less. I finally made it its own felt pouch, so no more scuffs, and other than that, it's held up well to several falls on all types of flooring.
I like the form of this toy so much that when I browse for new glass toys I see this one and think 'that looks like fun' until I realize I already have this one.
I think my first glass toy will be a favorite for years to come.

Can you stick this in the fridge to get it cold??

Absolutely. Glass is great for that, you can also put it in warm water. Glass is wonderful for temperature play. Why people like an ice cold toy is beyond me-but if you like that, glass will do that and hold the temperature relatively well.

A room temperature of 70 degrees is 28 degrees cooler than basal body temperature. The initial shock of the cold is fun - but she's glad that it doesn't take too long to warm up - except on really hot summer days.
That's why we like metal - it warms up faster.

Glass Wave style dildos
-
Has anyone compared the different wave style glass toys? I see the style in a few brands such as this one, icicles, doc johnson, etc.
I'm wondering how they compare in size, shape, weight, durability, etc.
thanks! -
I believe Tuesday does in Swell Video.

Wave wand – glass wands
has anyone ever tried that? Are you even able to? I am lost when it comes to glass things. -
Yes, lots of people enjoy temperature play. I have that specific toy and really enjoy it cooled, not ice-cold mind you, but cooled.

Quote: Wave wand – glass wandsyes, you can do either, just be careful it's not too hot/cold!
