Mythical Fun!

The Tentacle dildo is an interesting adventure if you have a fetish for tentacles or just want to try a large girth dildo. The suction cup texture is unlike any texture out there, and the curve is definitely interesting. This one definitely fills you up, but you should definitely be prepared for the large girth!

The Tentacle Dildo is made by Whipspider Rubberworks, and it's about seven inches tall. At the widest point, it has a diameter of a little over two inches, but the majority of the insertable portion is about two inches or a bit less. The color is pretty accurate to the EdenFantasys product pages, but mine is a bit more green than the white. I think this may be because of the way the light hits it in non-professional lighting. Either way, it still looks like a tentacle and just looks neat!

The Tentacle comes in a plastic bag with a cardboard piece of paper that talks about Whipspider Rubberworks and how to take care of their toys. The bag is a bit small for this huge dildo, and it was a giant pain to get it out of the bag (and in the end, I had to rip the bag), so I wouldn't recommend storing this dildo inside of the original bag. The card basically describes that Whipspider Rubberworks is a small company and how to take care of your toy. It follows the same instructions as any other silicone toy, so you could get rid of this piece of cardboard if you wanted.

The Tentacle dildo is just gorgeous! Really! It's obvious that a lot of love and time was put into this dildo. The tentacles wrap seductively around the shaft of the dildo while it has an interesting g-spot curve. The front side of the dildo actually is a green/white type of color that actually DOES glow in the dark! (Which is awesome!) The backside of the dildo is actually a mixture of colors; it's a blue/purple color marbled together (like a cake). The base is completely flat, and the toy has no issues standing up straight. The base also includes a little Whipspider Rubberworks seal on the bottom. In case giving a blowjob to a tentacle is your idea of fun, this toy has no scent nor taste.

The biggest issue, for me, with the Tentacle is that it's definitely a wide-width dildo. You might not stop to think about it, but the Tentacle is definitely not a thin dildo. The Tentacle Jr., which is also on my wishlist, is definitely a lot smaller in width. This one is definitely a big toy in width - especially when you consider that it's made from silicone and cause a bit of a drag when using because of it. In fact, according to the EdenFantasys's specs, the Mikey and Rascal are smaller and the Randy is about the same size! Talk about huge!

For that reason, this toy is nearly impossible for me to insert. I'm just not a big-toy kinda girl. I hadn't realized this dildo was so large. However, after an extremely-long warm-up session and lots of water-based lubricant on the dildo, it was accomplished. I'd recommend definitely using more-than-average of your lubricant amount just because the tentacle "holes" can definitely provide an interesting texture and cause a lot more drag. If you think you'll have issue with the size (like I do), I highly recommend working in the lubricant to the suction holes if possible to cut down on the amount of non-lubricated areas for insertion.

So how does it feel? Good, actually! It's very filling, and the suction cup texture is something that I've never felt. The suction cups are definitely noticable during use, but they can be painful if you haven't properly lubricated them. Again, make sure to do that. The toy also does have a pretty extreme curve, so it'll require inserting more at an angle to get it to curve comfortably with your body. It does hit the g-spot, but it's not as targeted as I was hoping. The silicone is a bit too flexible to really apply hard pressure to the g-spot with use of this toy. You can definitely get some strong thrusting into the g-spot, but it definitely bends when pressured is applied, so if you require really firm pressure, it won't work.

That being said, it DOES hit the g-spot - at least, for me. As most toys don't usually hit my g-spot, I'm definitely impressed by this. It doesn't give it as much targeted attention as I'd like because of the fact that it's so flexible, but it does hit it, and if you enjoy strong thrusting up against it, it would work. (I prefer stroking, which because of the flexiblility, doesn't work nearly as well)
Experience
Cleaning it, because it's silicone, is very easy. You just wash it with soap and water, or it can also be boiled for three minutes. It's only compatible with water-based lubricant, and the instructions recommend keeping this away from shart objects as silicone is easily sliced. For storage, it doesn't seem to pick up too much lint, but it does pick up a slight amount, so you might want to consider storing this in a plastic bag.

Overall, if you know you like the girth that the Tentacle provides, it's definitely worth looking into it. It's a beautiful work of art that also happens to provide pleasure as well as an interesting texture and curve that, if you like girth, are pretty hard to find in other dildos.
