I'd say this toy is best used solo for vaginal penetration. The size of it can be a little intimidating (more on that later), but it's a very nice dildo for the price. I don't think it's very suited for couples because of the smell (more on that later, too) and that could be a turn off to a partner.

The Crystal Jellies Classic is made of jelly. Therefore, it has an awful smell. I've had this dildo for several months and even after much use and cleaning, it still smells. This is definitely a downside to the dildo, because just picking it up or washing it to put it away means it leaves a terrible, smelly residue on my hands for a while after. I've tried using different scented lubrication to mask the smell, but it just won't go away. On top of that, everything seems to stick to it. I'd recommend using a condom with it, because if you put it down for even a second (like on the bed or a pillow), it seems to attract every dust particle or hair in the room, and then you have to clean it again.

On the upside, the jelly material is very flexible and feels quite realistic. Nothing can ever replace a real cock (not that I've found, anyway. Refer me if you've found the Perfect Toy ^_~), but this thing comes pretty close. I just wish that damn smell would go away!

The veined texture also adds additional pleasure, which was quite nice.

When I first opened this baby, I thought it was so much bigger than it seemed to be online. I was worried that I was in over my head. This was my first dildo and I had never done much solo play other than a discreet beginner vibrator. But I had decided to branch out, and this was what I wanted.

The head is a little bit too large for my taste, but once I get going, I don't event think about it anymore. I think the length is perfect, as is the circumference, despite my initial fears. And again, the veined design is definitely a plus.

The performance of the dildo is pretty basic--and whether or not you like it will depend on how you feel about large dildos. It's not small by any means, and it can take some getting used to. Once you're used to it, though, it can definitely provide a lot of pleasure.

I wash it with warm water and soap, but this thing does NOT stay clean for very long. It's constantly picking up fuzzies and hair and dust. I store it separately from my other toys because even when I bag this separately, it still smells up my storage box. I always wash it before and after use, just to be safe.
