There is no being discreet with this toy. The smell will be a strong indicator of what you may have been up to. No matter how hard I washed, I could not get rid of that horrible artificial smell, and the stench of this toy sticks to everything. But the plus to this product is that it feels wonderful, if you can get over the smell.

Material:
Tommy is made of sensafirm which is a highly porous material. It was a little discerning to see that it only received a level 2 safety rating from Eden Fantasy, which I do not have to tell you is not good. Sensafirm is made to mimic real skin, and the high molecular density of these materials allows flexibility and resilience. It's great that this adds to the realistic feel, but how realistic does it really feel if you have to use a condom over it? Eden advises to use a condom and water based lubricants only with this product due to how porous the sensafirm is. Sensafirm is somewhat hard to clean. Bacteria can seep down into the cracks and crannies and makes it easy to transfer bacteria. I would not recommend this dildo for anal play unless you are going to use a condom with it. Maybe Topco should have considered this prior to making this line of realistic sex toys, and I find it sad that the average person purchasing this in stores won't know this. But the main thing that comes to mind when I think of this product is that darn smell.

Design:
Sensafirm Tommy is modeled after Tommy Blade the star. It sports the same slight curve which is great for hitting the special spots. Tommy has a very rubbery, porous feel to it, and when I close my eyes and fill myself with this toy I feel rubber before I feel realistic skin. It kinda reminds me of rough wrinkly skin, ouch! Tommy is rocking a 6 1/4 inch insertable, 9 inches in complete length, and 5 1/2 inches in circumference making him about average, for me anyways. Also, this toy is kind of on the stiff end, which I would have expected it to be a little softer, being that is was suppose to be so "realistic". But hey, just something else to be disappointed in. I can say that to the eye this toy looks very realistic; Topco did a wonderful job paying attention to the details such as the veining, and the color of the toy, as well as the wrinkles of the scrotum. Personally I just wish that the look would have transferred over to the feel. Tommy also has a strong suction cup which is perfect for riding and using in the shower, great for solo play.

Cleansing:
Since this is made of sensafirm you must take extra care in cleaning this dildo. If you don't use a dildo like recommended you should most definitely clean before and after each use. When washing Tommy, use a mild antibacterial soap and warm water. Be careful though because sensafirm is a very sensitive material. Also, after several washes you will notice the toy losing some luster. That is just what tends to happen to this toy over time.

I wasn't as in love with Tommy Blade as I thought I would be. I experience a lot of chaffing due to the lack of lube, and the smell just put a bad taste in my mouth. But if I look at the overall experience of the toy, I can say it was OK. Once I used a condom and a lot of lube, this toy made for some really pleasurable foreplay. But to me, this dildo seemed to be a hassle compared to my others. I love the size, the curve of the penis, and the firmness can be a plus depending on what mood I am in. I wanted to love Tommy, but I guess I will settle for liking him.
