The Quivering cock is best used in the vagina. If you are adventurous you could use it anally as well. The head of the vibrator can be used on the clitoris for excellent stimulation. This toy would be good for any woman or a couple. This is a large vibrator and would only be usable in private. I must say it worked wonders at clitoral stimulation and anal stimulation. When inside of the vagina I could feel the veins and some of the vibration. Most of the vibration seems to be in the head alone.

The Quivering cock is made of Sil-a-Gel. Sil-a-Gel is anti-bacterial and latex-free. It smells of rubber, and is only noticeable if you put it right up to your nose. The Sil-a-Gel is soft to the touch and I liked the feeling of the material. The material has no taste to it and is very smooth on the underside. The veins on the vibrator are raised for added feel and adds a bit to the stimulation. The material has a tendency to collect dust and particles. A condom is recommended for anal use. The material used has been updated to by the manufacturer from rubber to Sil-a-Gel. Anyone could use this vibrator as long as they are into big, long things.

When I got this product my first thought was, "I wonder if I can remove the sleeve from the vibrator so when I clean it water won't get into the vibrator." So I asked my husband and sure enough he got the sleeve off and then back on. Clean the product with mild soap and water or toy cleaners. You should clean it before use as the Silagel attracts dust. Always clean it after use. When the toy is completely dried you can store it in the package it came in. This product can be used with silicone lubricant. The package states to remove batteries when done so that the life of the vibrator will be longer.

Most of the vibration was in the head with only a small amount in the shaft. The shaft itself felt hard because you could feel the hardness of the vibrator underneath the sleeve.
