Please Do Me with the Dai-Do #2

The bulb on the end of this solidly constructed, sleek-looking, sterilizeable aluminum alloy dildo will leave you breathless. This would be an ideal beginner’s toy for someone who wanted to try a metal toy and/or one designed for G-spot stimulation.

My lover and I had an absolutely fantastic time with the Dai-Do. This was my first metal dildo, and I can see what all the fuss is about. The unyielding firmness feels heavenly inside; its slight heft feels powerful in my hand. The aluminum alloy has a couple of advantages over glass: you can drop it on the floor without worrying about damaging it, and it seems to warm up faster than my gorgeous glass Hera. I took the chill out of it just by rubbing it with my hands for a few seconds. Aluminum alloy is slightly lighter than steel, so it’s less prone to cause the wielder fatigue.

The Dai-Do comes in frills-free packaging, with adequate product information. The makers provide a black drawstring bag for storage, which is very considerate. In terms of instructions, the most important thing you need to know is that the dildo can be easily and safely sterilized—through various methods (top rack of the dishwasher, boiling, saturating with a hospital-grade disinfectant or 10% bleach solution and washing off completely). The body is made of a stainless steel aluminum alloy, and the handle features a silicone grip with a metal plate bearing the maker’s Big Teaze logo. I found the grip to be very useful for its intended purpose. I had wondered before I used it if the tag on the handle would interfere in any way; it didn't.

The manufacturers say it’s designed for G- and P-spot stimulation, but be sure to hold tight onto the grip if you use it for prostrate stimulation, as there’s no flared handle to prevent it from slipping all the way inside if you push hard and let go. Always use caution when appropriate amounts of lube are present. Or insert it anally handle first (with a condom to smooth out the uneven edges). Neither my lover nor I have used it anally, and we don’t have prostates, so I don’t have any experiences with those aspects of the toy to share.

I did, however, love it for G-spot stimulation. It’s true that different people prefer differently-shaped G-spotters, but this one seems like it would work for a wide variety of people. One tip: try moving it slowly in circles, try different speeds, arcs, and depths. The pronounced bulb produced very intense sensations for both my lover and me. I nearly died and went to heaven with using this inside and the Hitachi Magic Wand outside. It’s definitely a keeper!

The red and black colors, sleekness, and style give an almost industrial aesthetic, which makes it a unique-looking toy that stands out among all the glittery tacky and plain boring looks. If you like your toys more serious-looking, this would be great for you. It would look great in a leather scene, for example.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with this dildo; it’s now sharing prime nightstand real estate with the divine glass Hera. I love the stimulation of a rippled shaft!
Follow-up commentary
I still love this dildo! It really gets my lover off when I angle it just so, and move it in slow circles. The ball at the end is stupendous for stimulating the inner walls of the vagina, and the G-spot. I'm still not into temperature play, and my lover is turned off by cold dildos, so heating it up beforehand by rubbing it etc. is kind of a pain.

How much does it weigh? How long is it? How large is the ball on the end? Circumference? Or compared to a "real world" object?

You know, I usually repeat product specs in my review to make it easier on the reader, so all the information is on one page instead of two, but I forgot this time.

Re the size: It's a good size, not too big for me, and I prefer dildos on the smaller end of the spectrum, and not too small for my lover, who prefers bigger toys.
