The Quivering Cock by Doc Johnson is a dildo made of a material called Sil-a-Gel, which feels somewhat realistic and looks that way too. As to whether or not it leaves the user quivering? Meh, that's debatable.

If your looking for an inexpensive dildo that will turn you on by its size, this toy will work for you. Unless I received a defective toy, do not count on the vibrator to excite you for very long.
