Rainbow mega nubby by Don Wands

I am quite used to opening a toy’s package and being greeted with a strange smell, a sticky texture or a completely unimaginative design. This toy, however, really broke the mold for me. Being my first glass experience, I opted for a toy with a smaller shaft and void of any real bells and whistles.

I was impressed with the padded pink pouch included with the toy; without it I would certainly fear chipping or shattering [Editor’s Note: Pyrex glass is very resilient to chipping and shattering]. I had a little trouble closing the drawstring enough so that the toy wouldn’t slip back out, but this can be fixed by knotting the string once closed.

The overall design of the Rainbow Mega Nubby is stunning. I am all about rainbows and bright colors, and this colorful bumpy glass dildo satisfies as a glorious piece of eye candy. I spent quite some time simply turning it and watching how the light hit it, sending little rays of colored light all over my room. I was able to snap out of the kaleidoscope daze and get down to business with my new friend.

The glass was very cold when I first began, something I am not used to. It was delightful to feel the icy bumps running over my skin. The glass heated up rapidly as I pushed it inside me. I have found that many jelly toys are equipped with similar bumps, and I could never really feel them, but this was a brand new experience. I was very aware of the nubs as they moved around inside me, the sensations created by turning this toy in all different directions were like nothing I had ever felt before. 

I found myself wishing that the end was just slightly bent for g-spot pressure, but I was still quite satisfied with the dildo just the way it is. I will certainly be adding a few more glass toys to my toy box in the near future. If you too have never experienced what glass has to offer your sex life, I highly suggest this toy. I felt very pampered having a sex toy crafted out of glass with its own special case, and would suggest giving this dildo as a gift. I know all of my girlfriends are going to want one when they see it!
