Scrudy review by Fun Factory

Fun Factory has always been a favorite brand of mine, for many reasons and they have done it again! Their products are fun and imaginative, coming in bright colors and often in the shape of animals. Most, if not all, of their toys are silicone and they make such a vast array of options.

My orange Scrudy dildo has absolutely joined the ranks of my favorite toys. The color is fun, and its shape is rounded and gentle – very appealing.

I chose it in hopes of finding an anal toy that provides the texture of a plug and the “in and out” motion possible with a dildo; Scrudy does just that!

The twisted shape of the shaft provides plenty of stimulation; and the length of the shaft is long enough to get a good thrust in, but not so long that it feels uncomfortable. The girth of Scrudy is okay. Ideally it’d be a bit wider, but it makes a good warm up for me. My partner, however, feels as though it is plenty thick. It’s all about personal preference.

As fabulous as Scrudy is, some of the promised uses fall short. The base is concave, but I haven’t been able to get it to suction to anything. Furthermore, I wouldn’t use it in a harness. Yes, it can technically fit, but the base is so thick that it puts the O ring too far away from my body, and it just looks odd. I have a love/hate relationship with the base. It’s unfortunate that it neither suctions nor fits well in a harness.

The size and weight of the base, however, does have its perks. The base is broad, allowing it to stand up better. I found this to be very useful in the efforts to keep the lube off the sheets after switching toys. Additionally, the shape of the base makes it a fabulous toy to use manually. It is much easier to hold on to than many of the other dildo’s I’ve tried.

Despite the flaws in the base, Scrudy meets all my needs to a tea. I can’t wait to use it again. =)
