Purple passion wand - double-ended glass dildo by EdenFantasys - review by ~LaUr3n~

The Pink Passion Wand is another toy I was able to grab for a fraction of its regular price. I chose this one because it looked like it might be a good anal probe. Being double sided, you have a better chance of liking one of the textures this toy offers. One side is nubbed and the other has balled bulges. The Pink Passion is bound to have something for you. What it doesn't have is a lot of girth or insertable length for either texture. It won't be long enough for effective double penetration with a partner. It works best for teasing, but I was able to finish with it anally and vaginally. The texture can be abrasive if you are not lubricated well enough or are thrusting too fast. But for me, someone who is sensitive to texture, I was able to enjoy it in small doses.

The Pink Passion Wand is a pretty pink color. I'm kind of sick of pink toys, but there is something about this clear pink glass that is gorgeous to me. The glass is Pyrex brand, and more specifically it is borosilicate glass. Borosilicate contains boron which makes the glass more resilient to stress like dropping or harsh temperature changes. It also s the glass's density. So if it were to break, it would break into large piece instead of shattering into hundreds.

Glass is one of the safest materials you can get. It is super safe for the body because it is free of all those harmful chemicals that materials like jelly and rubber contain. It won't harbor bacteria either because it is completely nonporous. And since glass does not melt at boiling temperature, it can be sterilized for sharing with a partner. It has no smell or taste, requires little lube and is eco-friendly.

I would consider this dildo to be petite. It is only 7 1/2" long. This is not long enough for double penetration with a partner, but long enough that you have plenty of toy to hold onto when you are probing with the scepter. It has a double ended design, but one end is longer than the other due to a thick ridge that does not go in anally very well. The top is about 2 3/4" and has the bulbs. The first bulb is nicely rounded for insertion. It is 1 1/2" long and 1 1/4" in diameter (3 3/4" in circumference). the next bulb is an inch long and pretty much the same thickness. After this is a larger disc shape. It is about 1/2" tall, 1 5/8" in diameter, and 4 3/4" in circumference. It is harder to get past this point during insertion, but it also makes a barrier for safer anal play.

The other side starts off with a bulb at the end and is about 4 3/4" long. The bulb is 1 3/8" in diameter and 1 1/8" tall. It is about 4" around, which makes it larger than the other end. The main part of the shaft, and the thinnest, is 2 3/4" long. It is only 2 5/8" in circumference, less than an inch in diameter. This shaft has 16 raised nubs on it. The nubs are pronounced, but not extreme. Since the shaft is so small the texture is not as intimidating. Right below the disc from the other end is another bulb, same as the one that begins this side of the probe.



I really like the way this toy looks since it does look like a wand or scepter. It is fairly discreet since it sort of looks like a piece of art, but most will figure out what it is. It is easy to store since it is petite and made of glass, just be sure it is protected.

While this probe does feel great, it left me wanting more.

Used vaginally, I was able to insert it past the strange disc, but I didn't find it enjoyable to thrust fast. I really had to take my time with it so it didn't knock me in the wrong, painful places. The nubbed end is also of fun, but also needs to be used with a gentle hand. Again, I am glad the shaft is so thin because the texture would be too much for me otherwise. I was able to finish alternating these two ends. The nubs are also fun to run over the outer labia and clitoris.

Used anally, I enjoyed this probe more than I thought I would. The bulbed end is a lot of fun to pop in and out, but I can't comfortably get past the disc. I as only able to leave that end in for short periods of time because it would slip out. This became annoying, so I daringly tried the nubbed end. The texture was shocking at first because I have not had a glass toy with that kind of texture anally before. I enjoyed it for insertion, but I preferred to just leave it in and use my muscles instead of thrusting it. Being new to this, I might work my way up to thrusting in the future. It was incredibly arousing! I was able to have an anal orgasm this way.

Class is super easy to clean. It can even be sterilized in boiling water for five minutes. For routine cleaning just use hot water and antibacterial soap. You can even get by using a toy cleaner and washcloth.

Glass can be used with ANY kind of lubricant. For anal, I recommend silicone lubricant. Not a lot is needed. Spit is sometimes enough, too. Glass can be stored anywhere as long as it is protected from falls and bumps against other things.

I have heard different things about the packaging for this product, but mine came in a thin red, velvet pouch. It doesn't have any padding, but the dildo comes wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap that can be reused for storage. inspect your dildo before use and if you see any cracks or breaks, discontinue use immediately.
