Share and Share I like!

I have had my Share for almost 2 years and it is in my top 4 sex toys in regular rotation. I have the Feeldoe violet as well and use both regularly. I use the Share when I want a velvet texture and the Feeldoe when I was a glassy smooth texture. I also enjoy the way the Share fits in a harness and that it fits closer to the body than other Double Dildos (like the Nexus).

The Share is well worth what I paid for it and I would buy another if anything happened to it.

Pros:
Great for Harness, Smooth Velvety Texture, Pure Silicone.
Cons:
Not enough flesh color options. The bulb might be large for those not used to penetration.

Use

While I have used this with another women - I most often use the Share to masturbate, the "wearers" part (or the short part) is the perfect handle. As a handle it is ergonomic for either me or a partner to hold on to and stroke in and out.

As a girl-on-girl double dildo, I like the large bulbous wearers end, but from experience I know that it is large for some women. Not too large to fit, but large enough to be intimidating for those who are not accustomed to penetration.

The Share's wearers end will stay in my vagina during penetration with another women provided I lie on my back and she rides me. In Missionary and Doggy Style positions (as the top) I wear a Spare Parts Jocque harness to keep the bulb inside of me so I can thrust while penetrating my partner.
The "receivers" end is small enough to use anally with a partner who is experienced with Anal Play.

I have worn the Share as a cock and masturbated much like a male bodied person and found that the clitoral stimulation is significant enough to reach orgasm on a few occasions.

Material / Texture

The Share is Pure Silicone and has a smooth velvety texture. It is more velvety that the Feeldoe (which is just smooth) and akin to the Silicone used in Lelo and products.

The Share has no smell nor taste. It is non-porous and boilable, bleachable and able to be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher.
    • Harness compatible
    • Not porous at all
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

I like the design, it fits my body well and has fit a female partner as well.
The bulb end's shape provide nice G-Spot Stimulation and I like the girth. The receiver's end is slightly less girthy and a good medium size. I find its size suitable for both vaginal and anal play.

It's semi-realistic with a clear penis head, with a stream-lined phallic shape and no veins.
I own the Rose color, which is now unfortunately discontinued. It is pinker than skin, but close enough to keep me happy.

The Share fits close to the body of the wearer - closer than the Feeldoe.
    • Ergonomic
    • Partner play
    • Realistic

Performance

I love this dildo both in and out of a harness! The smooth velvety texture provides some friction and the cock is, overall, the perfect size for many.

Material feels god orally and is a nice size and texture for deep-throating.

The joint between the wearer and the receiver is semi-flexible -- more flexible that the Feeldoe. This is nice in the reverse cowgirl position as the cock can flex away from the wearer's body. This is great for the riders comfort, but it can take away from the clitoral stimulation for the wearer. When masturbating this can be somewhat anooying the flexing of the joint necessitates that the holder grip lower on the bulb near the joint.
    • Comfortable
    • Easy to use
    • Lots of variety in function

Care and Maintenance

I store my Share in it's own satin pouch to keep it away from my other silicone toys as touching other silicone toys can damage it.

It is very easy to clean and to sanitize. It can be washed with toy cleaner, soap and water or to sanitize use a 10% bleach solution or boil is for 3 minutes. The Share, like all purely silicone toys can also be placed in the top rack of your dishwasher.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The Share packaging is re-useable and the Share can be stored in it, though I chose to store it in a drawstring bag for easy removal. The packaging is much like a book -- rectangular with a front flap that opens to show a clear window displaying the toy inside.
    • Good for storage
    • Recyclable
    • Very informative

Does the bulb ever hit the pubic bone causing discomfort? I would love to get one but the wife has a picky pubic bone,
Great first review and welcome to Eden.

I recently had the Lelo Gigi catch on my pubic bone when taking it out of my vagina, but this has never happened with the Share. I suspect that it could pinch a female-bodied person during insertion or removal but it has not with me. Keeping the Share in place with a harness would likely stop movement enough in a person with a picky pubic bone.

The Share is a great design - I only wish occasionally that it vibrated.

Note that Fun Factory's silicone (along with a number of other ones) is solid enough that you really don't have to worry about damage during normal use - just don't store it with anything sharp. The silicone ones you need to be careful with are the O2/VixSkin and similar.

  • can you get off while using this?
    • I would really love to be using this with my partner, at got off at the same time..
    • without too much effort on my part?
    • It really depends on your anatomy and what gets you off.

If it can hit your g-spot, that'll do something, but it varies person-to-person how much. It might hit your clitoris, but again depends on how the toy fits your body - and if you can get off from that kind of stimulation.

Personally, I don't rely on it to get me "all the way" all by itself - because I can't orgasm so far with just g-spot and clitoral touching. Some people certainly can, it just depends. :)

  • Strapless dildos
    • Are strapless dildos hard to use for beginners?
    • I've never tried one myself, but I've heard they have a bit of a learning curve and you need strong kegels to use them properly. I've also heard, however, that they will work with a harness if you need extra stability.
    • It really seems like they're hard to use period. I don't know of anyone who regularly uses them without a harness (though I'd love to hear from someone who does).

How do these two products compare? Which one works better in and out of a harness?

      Thank you.
    • Quote: How do these two products compare? Which one works better in and out of a harness?

      Thank you.
They both work well in a harness. Share is a little bouncier and thicker and jucier and Feeldoe is much firmer. I find them both easy to use with no harness, although I find Nexus JR the easiest to retain. Out of all the double dildoes I have tried (all 4 Feeldoes, both Shares, Tango, and the three Nexus sizes, I find Tango the hardest to hold with my muscles followed by Nexus Maximus (weighs a ton) and Share XL (weighs like a brick and is floppy) . I'm a driver. It matters a bit less if you are a pillow princess.
    • I have the Feeldoe(slim) and the Tango and have used the Share. I agree with Kuuipogal. But for me they all pop out just prior to orgasm despite strong Kegels but the "look" w/o a harness is awesome.
I am a hard and vigorous driver so a harness for me has been the solution. I have the Aslan Jaguar and the Spare Parts both super.

  • Strap-onless strap-ons
    • I love when my girlfriend ties me down and dominates me but we haven't given much thought to strap-ons. Are the strapless ones as good as the strap-ons?
    • A starp-on harness is a good initial investment because it can be used with a variety of toys including strapless ones (if desired).
The strapless ones seem to be pretty good, though depending on who you talk to. The Share line and the feeldoe line seem to get good marks from most and present the best chance that they can be used completely without a harness. The Nexus line would probably be somewhat more difficult for the giver to hold inside without a harness. I think the harness option might be better for versatility, but the Share might represent an excellent choice for you and your girlfriend as well.

Personally, I would say no... just because they're harder to navigate. Certainly possible, and you can add a harness to get more stability while keeping the internal stimulation. There are also some harnesses that will hold a cock inside the wearer as well, so you have more options.
I'd agree with Jimbo that either the Share or Feeldoe is your best bet for doubles like this, the Nexus just doesn't cut it.
