The Silk Large is great for solo or partner play. I bought this as my first foray into sex toys and I can honestly say that it's a very good dildo. It's large enough to satisfy either you or your partner (just take care in insertion as it may take some getting used to the size).

The toy can be used practically whenever and wherever, so go wild. It is especially fun for use in the bath tub. It's flared base makes it great for use with a variety of positions and ensures that you can keep a firm grip on the dildo while in use.

The toy is silicone, which means it is hypo-allergenic, non-porous and phthalate free. It has no scent or taste to it and is relatively firm, though there is some bend and give to the toy.

The surface is not textured (hence the 'silk' name) and can be slippery, so keep a good grip. The dildo also warms up extremely well, so pop it into some warm water before use and it'll be nice and hot for you.

The size of the dildo was much larger than I expected but not at all unappreciated. The wide head of the dildo makes insertion one of the most fun parts and once you've gotten it in, the rest just follows along. The flared base of the dildo provides you with a very good grip, whether you are using it on yourself or another person.

The bright colors and simplified design make the dildo less representational of a penis but still functional. It's very clean and simple looking; it's just a pretty, large dildo.

I recommend checking the size before ordering because it is likely too big for a beginner or those with smaller frames. Also due to the size, discreet travel is a bit more difficult but not impossible.

The Silk Large is a very basic dildo. It's non-textured and plain with a relatively large insertion. As such, its size is the best part of the toy. If you're looking for something very basic, this dildo is perfect for you. Otherwise, you may want to look at something with more features.

The Silk Large is strap-on compatible but sadly I do not yet have one and cannot comment on it.

The Silk Large is extremely easy to maintain and clean. Because it is non-porous, you can wash the material with warm water and soap and be done with it. The dildo is also dishwasher safe and can be boiled to disinfect it. Store it in a cool, dark place and that's it!

As the dildo is silicone, be sure to only use water-based lubes with it, never silicone based.
