How can the Pikilo be used? Well, just about any way you can imagine and that your body will allow. The Pikilo can be used in BDSM relationships, with a partner, or solo. The bumps and unforgiving body of the toy are great for being rough with someone (consensually, of course). Because there is almost no give with this, the size of this, and the rough texture, this is probably not for complete novices. Some beginners that are brave might be tempted to try this also though, it is one attractive toy.

Put this bad boy in your mouth, vagina, tease someone with it. If inserted vaginally all the way, one of the three balls on the end can rub against your clit to provide dual stimulation. You could even spank someone pretty roughly with this because of how firm it is. This dildo has a base made of three balls, so it's safe to put this baby in your ass.

There's a place for a screw-on suction cup at the bottom, so put this up on any surface it would stick on (glass door, oven, shower are just a few ideas). You can use this anywhere you'd like!

The Sinfive Pikilo is one amazing dildo material-wise. It's not your typical silicone, but WTP, which is a specially formulated thermoplastic. It has many of the same properties as silicone: latex free, non-porous, phthalates free. It also has anti-bacterial properties, which means it will sanitize itself (it still needs a washing after use though!). This is also odorless and tasteless. Sinfive states that this is 100% skin friendly and certified physical compatibility. Basically-anyone can use it.
This toy is pretty rough when touched. It has a lot of a drag to it, the only way I can think to describe it is like a very dry and rough silicone. The nubs that cover it (total of 9 rows of very pronounced nubs that go all around it) don't help either, and add to the rough appeal of the toy. Even with lube, this toy still feels rough because of the material and all the nubs. This just creates more of a "rough sex" sensation.
When you squeeze the Pikilo, there is a slight give to it, but very slight. You can bend this completely, but it in no way stays bent. The balls on the bottom are rock hard and cannot be moved.

This material is probably best for more advanced users, but I'm no judge to what you think you can handle.
Since there is a substantial base for this toy, I assume it could be used in some harnesses, however I am unable to confirm that. Those that have harnesses might be able to figure it out by all of the pictures though.

The design of the Pikilo is what had originally drawn me to it, that and it looked like a good challenge.

This is a completely straight dildo, getting slightly smaller towards the tip. The base works wonderfully to hold onto.
The Pikilo has such... presence. It stands so tall and has such a simple design, but yet it stands out. The nubs make this look nicer, as well as make play time even more fun for those that like texture.

Honestly, the size is pretty similar to many other dildos. Personally, it seems much larger to me simply because it looks so scary already.

I don't think I have to say this, but I will for the sake of a thorough review: This is not a discreet dildo!

For those that want to travel with a half pound 8" toy and are able to, then go for it, but this is probably way too large for the average person to bring with somewhere.

The nubbed shaft and base are met together with a white strip that says sinfive on iit. There are indeed tiny indentations between the white and the rest of the toy, and when I bent this toy completely to test out how far it would bend, I heard a little cracking noise like the indents were getting larger.
At the very tip of the Pikilo there is a noticeable seam like dot, and a small seam in a circle on the tip. Two long seams are running down either side. They are all smooth though, I never saw them until I closely inspected this. Besides, with how textured this toy is, you're likely to not notice them at all.

What's best about the Pikilo? It's unique. It's attractive in a sort of strange way.
The rough texture is what's not so great, but yet again that's a huge thing that makes this stand out and so much fun for some to try. I have such mixed feelings about this guy, but it's lived up to it's reputation and performed quite well.

The suction cup works a lot better than I expected. Since this is heavy, I expected it to fall down right away. I guess that's why they decided to screw in the suction cup! The Pikilo was able to stay up on the wall of my shower for quite awhile without falling down. I'm pretty impressed!

Overall, this is pretty easy to wash. If you get super messy with it, it could be a pain to wash around each nub though. The directions that came with this recommend using a soft brush if necessary to clean.
You should wash this with warm soap and water. Do not use really hot water on this and don't put this in the dishwasher.

This can be used with any lubes except oil based lubes.

I store mine in the box it came in, but keep it anywhere you would like.

Sinfive packaging is beautiful. The toy was placed in plastic, that is inside a white box. Once you open up the flap on the front of the box, the Pikilo is displayed right in front of you and can be taken out like that. The directions were inside the white box, behind the plastic. This white box was in a cardboard slip, that displays the toy on every side except the back side. This is not discreet whatsoever. The back displays writing in many languages saying that sinfive dildos offer certified physical compatibility of the materials used. That's simply amazing.

Inside, there are directions for using the suction cup, and how to clean the toy. Also says little things such as washing if sharing this, and how to store it. There is a postcard (it's send all the way to Sinfive, in Germany). You can fill out the backside and it "Extends the guarantee of your Sinfive product up to 5 years".

I purchased this months and months ago when it was on sale. I had been lusting it since I first saw it. I've waited so long to review it so I could work myself up to use it first. I didn't want to review a product that I didn't use.

I just loved the base, the removeable suction cup, and the texture so I had to have it. When I first opened it though, I was so surprised. I never expected it to be so big. I have no large toys, and my partner called this the "red cucumber" and was equally as shocked. I love that this has such a "rough" reputation, and the words in the descriptive summary on the product page says "rough sex in dildo form" really sold this to me.

After taking away the "intimidating" base, material, and nubs, I realized it's not THAT big, just big for me, and I should try this anyways. It was just uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable. I prefer smaller toys, and I wish this came in a mini version!
Over time, I've finally been able to get some of the toy in me with no problem (anally and vaginally) and I loooove the feeling of the texture. I'm not even half way to getting this fully in me though, but I would love to keep working on it and really try. I think if I could just FIT it in me, the texture would feel amazing.
The challenge of the Pikilo is not yet defeated, but maybe by the time I do my follow up I'll have more of a story. This is one tough dildo!
