Texture lovers rejoice

The G-brush is the toy of choice for adventurous texture lovers who want to add the luxury of ceramic to their play. It warms quickly and is made of a safe, easy care material. You will probably want to go slow with this one and it may not be a toy for everyday use, but if you like texture it will give very satisfying results.

Use

The G-brush is the toy of choice for those who want to experience a highly textured G-spot toy made of ceramic. This may not be a toy for everyday use, but go slow with it and you can experience wonderful results.

The G-brush is probably not suitable for beginners or anyone who isn't sure that they like strong textures.

This toy is best for times when you want to go slow and experience a different and more intense kind of G-spot stimulation than you can achieve from other toys.

Material / Texture

The G-brush is made of glazed ceramic. It is smooth and is very shiny - just like any other highly glazed ceramic object. Its surface feels exactly like that of a coffee mug.

While it is smooth, it does have pronounced ridges on the business end. The tallest ridge is about 3/16 of an inch tall. This is probably not a good choice for a first foray into textured toys, but for those who know that they enjoy textured toys this could be a favorite.

Design / Shape / Size

The G-brush is 7 1/2 inches long and the tip has a circumference of 4 1/2 inches. It has six indentations in its tip. Its ridges are formed from the space between the ridges. The ridges rise up between 1/8 and 3/16th of an inch.

It has a smooth, long handle that is almost circular in cross-section but is flattened on one side to allow you to set it down without it tipping over. The flattened handle reminds me of the ceramic spoons used in Chinese food restaurants. I will always think of the G-brush when eating Chinese food now.

It is weighted such that you can also stand it on its end - the small cap at the end of the handle - and it will stand upright. This might be handy if you want to set it down without allowing the business end to touch anything.

The cap at the end of the handle looks like it was prepared separately and is glued or cemented on. It is firmly attached. I do not believe it will ever come off.

Performance

You will want to go slow with this toy. It provides a strong amount of sensation. I happen to like textured toys. I enjoyed the texture on Allegro tremendously. The texture on this toy is even more intense. I do need to go slow with this one but it feels quite good.

Ceramic warms much faster than other materials. It warms much faster than glass and possibly faster than metal toys too. This means that you can quickly bring it to a pleasing warm temperature just by running it under warm water for a minute. As quickly as a coffee mug will become hot, this toy will warm up too.

Once I've used this toy for a few minutes I don't need to be as gentle with it. I seem to adapt somewhat to its texture. If you try this toy and find that its too much, you might try going very slowly and gently with it for a few minutes after which you might acclimate to it and enjoy it. I find that after a warm up period and after I achieve a certain momentum with this toy, it rewards me with top quality results. It perhaps is a toy that requires a bit of initial patience.

Care and Maintenance

Ceramic is completely non-porous and easy care. Simply wash in soap and water, then towel dry.

It comes with a luxurious storage bag that isn't padded but will keep it from being scratched by other objects stored near it.

Any lube is safe to use with this toy. You may find that you want to use more lube than you might expect due to those deep ridges.

Packaging

This toy comes in a simple white cardboard box. Inside the box the toy is inside its storage bag and is wrapped with layer upon layer of bubble wrap. There were no care or use instructions included.

Antipova, I haven't tried the honey dipper, but I did try the G-brush clitorally over my underwear. That did feel nice, but I'm not sure I'd want to continue clitorally with it for more than a minute. I'll bet it feels good on a G-spot though.

Bunnycups, I would choose Allegro over this one for that exact reason. You don't have to be as careful with Allegro.
