Thank you, Mistress. May I have another?

The Mistress by Vixen Creations is the perfect toy for pretty much anything you can think of. From vaginal to anal and solo to partner, this toy is so versatile I probably haven't thought of all it's possible uses. I'll definitely bow down to this Mistress.

Use

The Mistress by Vixen creations is an average sized dildo that you can use pretty much anywhere you want. But even though the size is average, it's performance and quality are definitely much more than average.

This dildo is great for anyone who likes smaller dildos for vaginal use, such as myself, or anyone who wants to try some anal play, such as beginner level pegging. It has a great flared base that works fantastically as a suction cup and makes it anal safe while also being harness compatible. It's also big enough to be used as a handle if using it on oneself.

This toy is so ridiculously versatile that I probably haven't even thought of everything it could be used for. It's my go-to dildo and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

Material / Texture

The Mistress is made out of 100% platinum silicone and is non-porous, which means it's completely sterilizable and shareable between partners. But sanitize it in between, of course.

While this toy doesn't have any texture, I have to comment on how beautiful the swirls of color are in this toy. I found this toy in the limited edition gold color here on the Eden Classifieds after finding out that it's not usually available. I took that as a sign from above and snatched it right up and I'm so glad I did. I usually would never buy a used toy but this one can be sterilized and I just had to have this one. The gold color is so gorgeous and sparkly and I think it was love at first sight. It kind of reminds me of like a gold painted piece of wood or maybe a really pretty oil slick. The main thing it reminds me of is a certain episode of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, which I adore. (You know what I mean if you've seen it.)

Like all silicone, it is a terrible lint magnet. Silicone is negatively charged so it attracts things that are positively charged, such as lint. If you could see it on camera I would show you, but it literally sucks in lint. It would be like lifting a paperclip off of a table with a magnet. But, I really can't be mad at that because this toy does everything else wonderfully. I just give it a quick rinse before and it's ready to go.

It has a little bit of a smell to it, but only if you put your nose right up to it and it's not really an unpleasant one.

It's a pretty firm toy as far as how compressible it is but it's flexible so you won't hurt yourself if thrusting really hard like if you were using glass or metal.

    • Not porous at all

Design / Shape / Size

The Mistress is 7 inches long with an insertable length of 6 1/4 inches and is 4 inches in circumference, making it a perfect toy for beginners to either vaginal or anal play. It's completely smooth with the only texture being a pronounced phallic head. But being silicone, it's soft enough so as not to catch on your pubic bone when thrusting. It does feel really good on the g-spot, though.

It has a curve to it so you can hit your g-spot easier, but for those who need really firm pressure, this might not work so well for you.

While this toy doesn't have any balls and comes in non-realistic colors, I wouldn't really call this toy discreet since it does resemble a penis. Also, the storage tube it comes in is clear so you might not want to leave it out in the open.

Performance

This is a great workhorse kind of toy and will stand up to most of what you can think of to put it through, aside from bashing it with a sledgehammer or hacking it up with a knife, of course. But as far as everyday use, silicone is made to last years and years without degrading too much in quality.

The base works beautifully as a very strong suction cup that attaches with very little effort and makes it very sturdy in a harness. Sadly, I couldn't tell you how it works in a harness because I don't have one, but my next mission is to get one so I can enjoy every aspect of this toy.

Seriously, I don't have anything negative to say about this toy. This is an all around fantastic toy and so far it hasn't given me any reason not to love it.

Care and Maintenance

Silicone is mostly a low maintenance material that is non-porous and scores a perfect 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. You can sterilize it by boiling it for 3 minutes or you can even throw it in the dishwasher without soap. I usually just wipe it down with a toy wipe because I don't share mine (at the moment) and every few days I'll wash it with warm soapy water and then use a toy cleaning spray and let it air dry.

The only lube you should use with silicone is water based lube. I have heard of people saying that high end silicone lube or some hybrid lubes are okay to use with Vixen Creations silicone, but I haven't tested this theory and I don't think I want to. If you do, do a test patch on a hidden part of the toy, such as the bottom of the base, where it won't affect the functionality of the toy. The reaction should be immediate and the silicone will get tacky and gummy and start to melt.

You should also keep this toy away from other silicone toys as it will have pretty much the same reaction as with silicone lube. So if you put it in your nightstand or toy chest, get a storge pouch to put it in or put other toys in between the two that won't react with silicone. The Mistress comes with a plastic tube that you can use for storage if you want. It does a pretty nice job but it might be too big for some drawers or toy boxes.

Packaging

The Mistress comes in a clear plastic tube that is about 2 inches longer than the actual toy. I use this for storage and it works pretty well for me, but for those with limited space, the tube might be a little too big. I just keep mine in the tube on my dresser, but for those who need to keep them away from prying eyes, it easily fits in an average dresser drawer.

I'm not sure if the toy comes with a paper inside it or not because I bought it used, but the tube has the Vixen Creations logo on it with some information such as what the toy is made of, a lifetime warranty, and that it is made in the USA. It also tells how to wash it, to store it upright in the tube, and not to use with silicone lubricants.

As far as gifting goes, I would wrap it first because the packaging is completely clear and you can see the toy from any angle. Or at least give it to someone privately if that's the better option.

Personal comments

I don't think I've ever enjoyed a toy so thoroughly and with such excitement. I'm so glad I bought this toy, even if it was on a whim. I don't regret it one bit. I saw it as a sign from the heavens that the color I wanted most just happened to be on the classifieds a couple days after I realized it was limited edition. I might actually be in love with a sex toy. Okay, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration, but seriously, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I highly recommend it to anyone that is even slghtly interested in it, and even though the price may seem a little steep at first, it is worth every penny.
