I thoroughly enjoyed this toy. I am an exceptional fan of glass toys and this was my first. It's great for solo play, gspot stimulation, parnter play or lesbian play because of the two ends. I can't wait to try it out in such a fashion! Depending on your desires you can boil it for a heated experience or you can freeze it to chill you from the inside out!
My favorite quality of the toy is the multiple "bubbles" on the straight end. It worked well for the intended use which was vaginal stimulation during anal play and gspot stimulation. The toy itself being glass it's smooth with no visible "seams" to it. It didn't have any weird smells coming out of the package nor does it have any sounds (other than the moisture sounds from the lube, natural or otherwise). I have used this as an anal toy with a vibe vaginally and it only heightened the sensations to orgasm! Will definitely repeat that experience!
It can be easily cleaned because of it being glass.
It reaches the right spots and can be manipulated for different sensations! I used the Amethyst vaginally while my husband took me anally. Then when I was by myself I used it in solo anal play, oh my god the different sensations the two different ends can produce! I also used it vaginally during foreplay where my husband took the curved end and tapped my g-spot with it. When the option presents itself I will use it with my female partner and submit a follow up review!
Considering this is my first glass toy, because of the experience I have purchased two more glass toys and have a wish list full of them to come.

In my own experience, some water-based lubes do dry suspiciously fast on glass and leave something of a residue that occasionally got sticky, but I've never had it become painful. I haven't used lube with my glass since moving on to glycerin-free lubes, though, and I know glycerin is often the culprit with stickiness.
I'll have to try again and see how my Sliquid fares with it. Silicone lube will probably work out better, too.

Amethyst Still Out of Stock?

I noticed this has been out of stock for a long while, or is it just me? I really want to pick this one up, does anyone know when it might be back if ever? I'm not too fond of the others due to them being pink (unless Eden carried the cobalt bent graduate, which I would pick up).
Anyone have any word on when this will be back? -
I dunno, really. I guess you could set alerts to be notified when it is. I wish I knew as well, because I don't like the pink ones either and I know exactly where you're coming from. Hey, if I find out, I'll let you know.:)
