From the packaging, this product appears to be geared towards gay men, although I suppose women could probably enjoy it as well. The curve is, in my opinion, perfect for anal penetration, as it accommodates the shape of the rectum very comfortably and never fails to hit the prostate.

I really hesitate to call this a dildo -- this penis is so beautiful and feels so nice, it's really easy to forget it belongs in that category. The suction cup and the curve make it very easy to use this in a very realistic way -- slap it on a smooth surface and back up right on it. I experimented around with various surfaces -- that IKEA furniture veneer holds it pretty well, but the suction cup tends to slip sideways (while maintaining its grip) if the surface gets wet, which can be annoying and disruptive. A painted wall holds it until you start moving around on it, and then it falls on the floor just as you're getting going. I tried the bedroom door, which was a bit better than the wall but still tended to fall off if I got rough. I put this on a wooden chair and tried to ride it, but the curve means when you go up and down it pulls it sideways and it loses its grip. Best situation by far is the wall of the shower; it sticks there like glue and you can go completely crazy on it without dropping it.

With this toy, it's really worth your while to do what you can to add to the realism of the experience. I rolled this up in a heating pad (wrap the penis in a T-shirt first to prevent heat damage to the sensafirm material) to bring this up to just above body temperature before I started using it. I made sure I was fully ready to receive it before I took it out of the heating pad so it wouldn't have time to cool down while I was to get the head in.

Sensafirm is not quite cyberskin, but it's pretty good anyway. There is a slight plastic-y smell, which I particularly noticed when I tried performing oral on it. Also, sensafirm does have some give to it but not quite as much as real skin, which made fellating it quite uncomfortable. After I tried that I thought Tommy would be like some of the other too-firm dildos I've tried, but no...it has just the right amount of give for anal play.

This really does look and feel real, unless you put it in your mouth. There were several times I got a bit turned on by it just handling it in a nonsexual situation -- it's a very impressive piece and feels real in your hand (unless it's dry -- then you can feel the skin texture is just a bit rubbery), inside the anus, or brushing up against any body part.

It does seem to be slightly porous, so yeah, follow the advice about a condom if you share toys, etc. Or don't share, because Tommy feels very nice on his own, and half the point of buying porn stars' fake penises is so you can feel what it'd be like...

The curve can't be beat. I bought this toy because my partner wants to try topping, and it's been several years for me, and he is gigantic in that department. I had assumed that I would very gradually work Tommy in with lots of lube and stretching and wincing on my part. Not so...once the rather flared head goes in, there's a bit of a narrow spot just under the glans before the shaft quickly widens for about a half inch, then it very gradually widens over the remaining length to a pretty impressive girth at the base.

But the curve makes it so easy. And again, the fit was so comfortable that once I found the right motion (to follow that curve instead of trying to move in a straight line) it was pretty easy to commence pretty hardcore pounding right away.

The suction cup is awesome...and could be better. It's the best I've seen so far...but we all want a better suction cup anyway, right? Maybe a multiple suction-cup design would be better or something -- someone who knows physics should figure it out.

The curve is the best, as I said above. Fits the male anal cavity very, very comfortably. Oh, and it is also extremely well shaped to hit the prostate, over and over -- no awkwardness or straining to make it hit it, no hit and miss -- seriously, just start bucking and it hits it every thrust. Real penises are never that accurate.

The toy doesn't really have any instructions for compatibility or care. I've been cleaning it with warm water and some hand soap and wiping him off with a non-fuzzy towel. And I'm not going to risk Tommy's possibly sensitive sensafirm skin by using anything other than standard water-based lube. If you tend to be sensitive to water-based lubes like me, I suggest you buy Anal Lube by California Exotic -- it's actually pretty cheap and seems to be completely neutral. As for storage, I wrap Tommy in an old T-shirt and store him in a plastic organizer drawer with the other sex supplies -- nothing special.

The packaging is very non-discreet. Lots of pictures of covers of Tommy's gay porn films. The penis itself is very prominently displayed on the front of the package. There were no instructions included. I suppose you could use the packaging as a storage box -- if this is a gag gift this would be awesome underneath some creative wrapping paper to conceal the shape.

This was the most successful dildo I have tried, and I've spent more on others that didn't even come close. I'm coming at this from a beginner's point of view because until Tommy I never really found a dildo (or a real penis) that I was particularly satisfied by. Whatever your budget, I really, really recommend you give Tommy a try first if you are a gay man looking for anal experience and satisfaction.
