The Cure For Penis Envy

Use

As a gender queer/androgynous/autandrophilic individual, I've been searching my whole life for this toy. Material / Texture

This toy is an extremely firm and sturdy chunk of silicone; it really feels well-made and like a good investment. It has no odor or taste. The surface holds a ton of lint and stuff which is a huge pain, but it's so easy to clean that it's ok.

Design / Shape / Size

Its shape is really beautiful and sculptural and I feel proud to own it. I'm glad it came in black because I hate stupid pink and lavender, especially for something that's supposed to be my cock. The bulb to be inserted into the wearer is rather large. I find it's no problem to get in once I've had vaginal sex. It's quite hard to get it in before then for me. Many reviews say it falls out but that's only happened when I was really stretched out and really wet. It's all relative I suppose.

The slight upward curve and larger head make it "weird" to suck on. It is hard to use on a mouth unless the person is at the right angle, but it can be forced to point straighter (it's not totally rigid).

In my experience in using this to penetrate someone anally, the size is excellent -- filling but not too much. I have not used it on a woman but I have sampled both ends and they're both great for their own purposes. The "cock end" hits all the right places and is a comfortable size, the "bulb end" is filling.

My only complaint is that I wish it was sturdier at the bend. When supported only by the bulb, the cock hangs downward, leaving an inch-or-so gap between the toy and my body. I usually hold the base to compensate for this, or wearing a pair of undies that have a fly to stick it through works excellently. At any rate, it's better than a harness.

Performance

I love its sturdiness and quality, along with the ergonomic shape of the "bulb" end and the way it hugs right up to my vulva and clitoris. It's unfortunate that I have to hold it up to myself to reach these areas, though. It couldn't be better for actual sex and has yet to disappoint. I wish the cock end was less upward-curving. Even though this is nice for sex, it's awful for oral sex "simulation" that I attempt. This thing is also pretty big, so make sure you have somewhere to put it.

Care and Maintenance

Silicone rocks! I just use handsoap and water and it's totally clean in a second. For several months, I just stored it in its original packaging, but that fell apart. Now it lives in a toiletry case quite happily. It's a pain to keep lint off it, but a quick rinse solves this. Water-based lube works wonders.

Packaging

This comes in a really well-designed box with a clear window in front and a panel that's held down with magnets. A cardboard "tray" slides out of the top of the box, holding the toy. I used this for storage for a while but it fell apart (thin cardboard). It would probably hold up fine for storage for a more-careful person. I had also stuffed several toys in there at once which didn't help.

Experience

This toy finally let me feel more like a man without feeling so uncomfortable in a harness. It's not perfect, especially since it dangles unless supported, but it definitely gets all its jobs done.

The large bulb end keeps it in, but this also means it's hard to insert. Using it is like a whole production. Instead of being able to whip it out in the spur of the moment we really have to decide if we want to (if we have the patience, etc). This size also means I start to ache after a while, especially if I annoyed my urethra on the way in.

    • It really depends on your anatomy and what gets you off.

      If it can hit your g-spot, that'll do something, but it varies person-to-person how much. It might hit your clitoris, but again depends on how the toy fits your body - and if you can get off from that kind of stimulation.

      Personally, I don't rely on it to get me "all the way" all by itself - because I can't orgasm so far with just g-spot and clitoral touching. Some people certainly can, it just depends. :)

    • I've never tried one myself, but I've heard they have a bit of a learning curve and you need strong kegels to use them properly. I've also heard, however, that they will work with a harness if you need extra stability.

      They both work well in a harness. Share is a little bouncier and thicker and jucier and Feeldoe is much firmer. I find them both easy to use with no harness, although I find Nexus JR the easiest to retain. Out of all the double dildoes I have tried (all 4 Feeldoes, both Shares, Tango, and the three Nexus sizes, I find Tango the hardest to hold with my muscles followed by Nexus Maximus (weighs a ton) and Share XL (weighs like a brick and is floppy) . I'm a driver. It matters a bit less if you are a pillow princess.
    • I have the Feeldoe(slim) and the Tango and have used the Share. I agree with Kuuipogal. But for me they all pop out just prior to orgasm despite strong Kegels but the "look" w/o a harness is awesome.
      I am a hard and vigorous driver so a harness for me has been the solution. I have the Aslan Jaguar and the Spare Parts both super.

    • A starp-on harness is a good initial investment because it can be used with a variety of toys including strapless ones (if desired).
      The strapless ones seem to be pretty good, though depending on who you talk to. The Share line and the feeldoe line seem to get good marks from most and present the best chance that they can be used completely without a harness. The Nexus line would probably be somewhat more difficult for the giver to hold inside without a harness. I think the harness option might be better for versatility, but the Share might represent an excellent choice for you and your girlfriend as well.

      Personally, I would say no... just because they're harder to navigate. Certainly possible, and you can add a harness to get more stability while keeping the internal stimulation. There are also some harnesses that will hold a cock inside the wearer as well, so you have more options.
      I'd agree with Jimbo that either the Share or Feeldoe is your best bet for doubles like this, the Nexus just doesn't cut it.
