The Small Silk is a beautiful little dildo with a flared base. Due to its flared base, you can safely use it during anal sex. Also, you can use this in a harness. This toy is gorgeous! The color is lilac with a blue iridescent sheen. It is made of premium silicone so it is waterproof and boilable for sterilization. To make sure your toy stays beautiful for a long time, do not use silicone based lube with it. It has approximately the same circumference as a finger (it’s slightly bigger around than my finger but I have small hands).

This dildo is super flexible and has a lot of give but it is still firm enough to hold its shape without flopping over. You can bend it completely over on itself as well as fold the base in half. This is particularly nice for beginners as it will flex with you. The drawback to its flexibility is that it’s a bit hard to insert anally. I found that I had to grip it very close to the tip to get it in. Once the tip is inserted, you can hold the base to gently push it the rest of the way in. The toy is devoid of texture. The shaft and base are smooth but have quite a bit of drag so make sure to use a good quality water based lube. The small silk will need to be washed before, as well as after, use to get rid of any lint or fur it may have picked up. Small Silk is incredibly easy to clean. Wash it with warm, soapy water or stick it in boiling water for 3 minutes to sterilize.

I do not use this toy vaginally or anally as I prefer more girth. I bought this toy for my partner since he’s a newbie to sticking things up his butt. The comments hereafter are his opinion… It wasn’t too intimidating and was not painful during insertion. It made both oral and penetrative sex more stimulating. The new sensations were intense, but not overwhelming. I definitely had a more explosive orgasm so this toy was well worth it. She tried using it on me in a harness but it was too small length-wise for this to really work. She couldn’t thrust with it in because it would just pop out. If you want thrusting action, I don’t recommend using it in a harness. The Small Silk was a great warm up for me. After using this, I was able to take a larger circumference toy (i.e. Joe Rock).
