After all these months and a few new toy acquisitions this is still the toy my girlfriend goes to first when she wants her G-spot stimulated. Her absolute favorite thing to do right now is for me to sit between her legs and thrust the Gemstone in and out of her while she uses a vibrator, normally the Hitachi Magic Wand on her clit and orgasms multiple times. You could hold the loop of glass itself between your fingers just fine, that's how I and L (my girlfriend) ended up doing it. However, if you planned on using it for an extended period of time I imagine your hand would start to cramp or tire, and if you were using it aggressively it might slip from your fingers, which could pose some problems. Overall, it wasn't too much of a issue for us, mainly an annoyance.

Sleeping Dreamer, I spoke with her about your question and she is happy to report that she has had zero issues with cervical contact using the G-Spot Gemstone. The pointy tip is angled in such a way that it grazes the roof of her vagina and performs excellently in stimulating her G-Spot. That being said, she/we very rarely are thrusting the entire length of the toy inside her due to the intentional focus on her G-Spot, but it does seem like it could be possible to come in contact with your cervix based on personal anatomy and how vigorously you used the toy.
