To me, the best way to use this toy is vaginally inserting it and then thrusting it in and out. Be careful not to hurt yourself since this toy is glass and has ridges! I like to use it along with my bullet since it is hard for me to climax without clitoral stimulation.

This is certainly not a toy for beginners because it has a lot of ridges and it could hurt you if you or your partner didn't know how deep to go. I think the best scenario in which to use the Royal Duet is during foreplay providing your partner knows your body well enough. I have also used it by myself since it's length is more then suitable. The toy doesn't have a flared base so you really shouldn't use it anally. Just remember, this toy IS glass and it does have ridges, so it may bruise your cervix if you are not careful!

It didn't have a smell or taste, and it was quite cold when I first took it out of the velvet package. You can surely feel the ribs and the nubs inside of you and they are quite amazing. The Royal Duet is very ridgid, but I'd say for this toy it is okay. In my humble opinion, this toy is more suitable for a more advanced user. I would recommend a toy with less texture to a beginner.

The design of this toy is amazing! It could be a little thicker, but the length is great. My opinion of the shape is that the swirls feel better than the nubs. The nubby side feels good too, but for thrusting the nubs can start to hurt a bit. It might be a bit big for average users, so if you do not like things that are bigger than the size of a normal man's penis, this toy is SO not for you!!

The Royal Duet's look isn't realistic at all. I mean, have you ever seen a man's penis with that pronounced of nubs on it? I sure haven't!

When put in its velvet pouch, this toy could very well be taken on a trip with you. Because it doesn't use batteries, you don't have to worry about it randomly turning on either.

I think the swirly side of this toy is the best. The swirl is very pronounced so you can feel it every time the toy is thrust inside of you. What I don't so much like about the toy is its skinniness. It could be a bit thicker. The nubs can hurt your opening too if thrust in at the wrong angle or at the wrong pace. The Royal Duet is a very pretty toy to just look at for a while too.

The toy comes with a simple black velvet bag in which to store it. It's quite easy to clean: just soap and water (or put it in the dishwasher without soap). I store mine in its bag inside of my "toybox." It is compatible with any lube, but I prefer water-based.

The toy came in a simple black velvet drawstring bag with bubble wrap around the toy. There were no user instructions included with the toy, but it is simple enough to figure out. The package CAN be used to store the toy if you wish.

The first time I used this toy, I was slightly intimidated by the texture of it. It's truly something you have to get used to...and give yourself some time to stretch around it!
