The Silenzio by Orion is a g-spotting, double-ended glass wand. Because of the slightly curved end, the other end doesn't get much use, but both ends are definitely capable of pleasure. As this toy is rather long, do avoid bruising your cervix while in orgasmic bliss. I didn't really have any problems with this because the ends are so blunt, but everyone is different.

I don't recommend this for absolute g-spot beginners, as the g-spotting end isn't curved enough to actually locate your g-spot if you haven't already. Those who have found their g-spot could definitely use this successfully, and I suggest it to them. I don't suggest using this anally unless you are incredibly advanced in anal play and careful.

I love cooling this down by running it under cold water or soaking it in a bowl of ice water or in the refrigerator for a few minutes, especially since it's summer. You can also warm it up by running it under hot water. Despite being made of tempered/Pyrex glass, do not put this in the microwave, oven, or freezer.

This toy would work great for couples! In fact, it might even be better in a couples situation than a solo situation, because the curved end isn't all that curved, so having someone else with a different angle control it would work out fantastically.

This fantastic dildo is made of absolutely smooth Pyrex/tempered glass, which is unforgiving and rigid, but it's a good thing. This makes it so you can apply enough pressure to your g-spot to stimulate it. There is a pronounced head, with a deep ridge, which is unfortunately difficult to clean. There are 4 bulges; the last one of which is meant to be held and which is slightly set apart from the rest. I wish there was some more texture to the toy, particularly on the g-spotting part, but I like texture overall. Because there is no extreme texture, this would be suitable for most people.

I found that when I squeezed my kegels, the g-spotting bulge caught on my pubic bone, making it unable to move. So, you think "oh, don't squeeze your kegels, then!" But... it made the second bulge (from the g-spotting end) feel really, really, REALLY good. As for my vaginal canal, I got all of the first and second bulge inside of me, and the third bulge (again, this is from the g-spotting end) rested at my vaginal opening. It fit perfectly.

Pyrex/tempered/borosilicate glass is nonporous, odorless, tasteless, phthalates- and latex-free, making it utterly safe for everyone. I would consider glass the perfect material, suitable for everyone.

The Silenzio is a gorgeous cobalt (royal in the light) blue that's still translucent, almost 9" long. It's is insertable for all but one bulge, so about 7". The "head" (g-spotting end) is rather girthy at 5" in circumference (1.63" in diameter), the middle bulges is 4.38" in circumference (1.5" in diameter), and the last bulge is 4" in circumference, (1.38" in diameter). It's definitely simple and enjoyable, but I think more suitable for advanced users, as the g-spotting end isn't curved enough for g-spot discovery, but works very well for g-spot stimulation. This toy is rather heavy at 1 pound.

The big design flaws are the ridge on the head and the lack of true curve. The ridge is not very deep, but it's still difficult to clean. I wish that it didn't even have this ridge and was just a solid bulge. Or, make up for the difficulty in cleaning by giving some texture (maybe some bumps or ridges) on the raised part. As for the curve, there actually is no curve. It's a straight dildo, but because the "head" is larger than the other bulges and the ridge offsets it a little, it only seems like it has a curve. (Note: this may be a hand blown piece and therefore mine may be different than yours.) I found that this "spun" during insertion, as many g-spotting toys do, and there are no indicators which way is up.

On the other hand, the last bulge is wonderful for holding on to, and that second bulge is fantastic. I had no difficulties with losing my grip, even when it was all lubed up. I can't explain why the second bulge is so great, though. It just hits the right spot.

You know, I think that the other end of this could be used as a simple kegel exerciser. It's fairly small (as I said above, 4" in circumference), and the "stem" is a bit longer than the other bulges. It would definitely take a bit of work.

I feel that the Silenzio performed as I expected. It's not perfect, but it's not by any means a failure. It worked for me, but I had to work at it. I'm a g-spot beginner, though. I think those who know precisely where their g-spot is will have more success with this toy or who has a partner who can get a better angle with it.

It's very pretty, but not discreet, and rather straightforward. It felt comfortable inside of me, as a squeezing dildo, despite the head catching my pubic bone.

Oh, glass, how I love thee!

Pyrex/tempered/borosilicate glass is ridiculously easy to clean. You can use hot water and antibacterial soap, regular toy cleaner, put it in the dishwasher (no soap, top shelf), boil it for 3 minutes or rub it down with alcohol. It's also easy to store, as it comes with a pouch and it doesn't collect lint.

I advise checking the Silenzio over for cracks periodically. Avoid clinking it against other toys, dropping it on hard surfaces and exposing it to extreme temperature changes (like going from the dishwasher to ice water). If you take care of this, it'll last forever.

All lubes are compatible, but you don't need much with this one! Of course, if you're going to share this, use a condom. Storing is easy, as it comes with a (non-padded) velvet pouch.

This toy was packaged in your average clamshell packaging, complete with naked woman in stage of undress, showing her boobs. Toss this out when you're done with it--it's not good for storage and probably not good for a gift. There's a blurb of information in 8 languages, including that it's good for vaginal (yes) and anal (NO) use, you can enjoy it hot or cold, that it's shatterproof (mostly), odorless, hypoallergenic, hygienic, and easy to clean.

Rolled up in a tiny roll is a storage (they call it a "noble") drawstring pouch. It's purple velvet and looks fairly sturdy, but not padded. It's lint free inside. Mine seemed kind of stretched out or maybe just really big when I put the Silenzio in it, so I would suggest holding the bag by the toy and not by the drawstrings or the pouch. It's a very stretchy material. It seems like it'll stand up to snuff. I put my Silenzio in the included pouch and put the pouch into one of my Don Wands pink pouches. It sticks out a little bit, but it's better than only the pouch.

I thought the chick on the packaging kind of looked like a brunette Anna Paquin.

Because it didn't work so great for me doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. Take my recommendations into consideration to determine whether the Silenzio, a great glass dildo overall, would work for you.
