This is by far my favourite realistic dildo, for now. This is the 6 inch version and is made of UR3, it does feel very real and doesn't hurt me. It does require extra care because it's porous and needs to be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap & water or adult toy clearer every time or you need to use a condom. I've been using a condom, mostly. It is sticky after wash and dry and will pick up lint or dirt, I've dropped it a few times and had to rewash it. I usually powder it with cornstarch, after letting it air dry. Cornstarch is safer than talc power or baby powder, so do not use those. Just cornstarch is great, to get the smooth real feeling back.
The suction cup does stick, but with use, it does tend to tear and pull off. It is also made from the UR3 material. It stuck to the tub really well but I haven't tried to stick it to anything else so I don't know if it will stick to a wall.
It comes in a clam case package, with a little sample of lube and I use it as storage.
I have had it for a year and it is holding well. It does have little tears, where the suction cup is, but the cock and balls are still great shape.
As far as the smell, it does have a light scent but not a bad one to me. It is a sweet smell and I don't have a problem with it.
It is 6 inches insert-able and 7 inches with the balls, about 8 inches in total. 5 inches circumference and has a diameter of 1 1/2. I'm using my tape measure, so I may be a bit off.

I use water base lube, but it does come with a piece of paper that is a Clean & Care Guide. It says: "UR3 Products: In addition to water-based , you may also use Silicone Lubricants, such as Doc Johnson's i-lube."
I have not use any silicone lubes with it. It does great with water-based.
UR3 is Ultra-Realistic 3.0. Skin-like material.
I use the case it comes with, and also use a cloth bag to hide it in. The case is not discreet. I should have thought of that when I wrote the review. I hide it under my bed. lol
