Snake of paradise - glass dildo discontinued by Topco Sales - review by Kinky Guy

The "Snake of Paradise", which my girlfriend and I have affectionately nicknamed "Sassy the Snake" or just "Sassy", is our first venture into the world of glass dildos. Needless to say, when we went looking at the many options we had no intention on spending a fortune for a toy she might not like or enjoy. Sassy seemed like a perfect option, given her fantastic price and unique design and shape.

When we received Sassy, she was enclosed in a PVC clamshell with her included protective brown bag. The bag matches her exotic styling, but is not padded at all and may not protect against an unforgiving drop or accident, so if you plan on taking her traveling you might need to purchase something more suitable. None the less, it's nice to having something to store her in apart from the rest of our toys.

Sassy is approximately 8 1'2" long and 1 3/4" in diameter. Her shaft and bumps are a beautiful brown and gold, with her head having a series of red stripes within the cyberglass. She features a number of bends and two rows of very distinct raised bumps along her entire length, and a cluster of bumps at her head. Because she is made of cyberglass she is completely smooth and had no noticeable imperfections that might cause irritation. Also, she can be cleaned using simple soap and warm water or a 10% bleach solution, but because I am not familiar with glass I do not know if it can be placed in the dishwasher. Additionally, she can be used with any form of lubricant, however, you won't need much due to her delightfully very smooth texture.

The glass material is amazing for temperature play, which my girlfriend and I are only beginning to explore. Simply running hot water over Sassy brought her warm to the touch, and placement in the refrigerator for a short time made her very cold. While these might be unique sensations to explore, do be careful and understand how an extremely cold/hot dildo might be painful or dangerous if inserted too quickly into a vagina. It might also be important to mention that even storing this toy at room temperature might make it too cold for some and wrapping your hand around it for a few minutes can alleviate this problem.

My girlfriend and I have only managed to play with Sassy together a few times since we live far away from one another, but of the times we have my girlfriend has enjoyed Sassy's smooth texture and raised bumps immensely. We will often turn the dildo on its side with the bends moving vertically and have Sassy slither up her vagina to reach her g-spot, which it does quite well I might add. Running her bumpy head over my girlfriend's clit and labia also felt amazing, which I gauged from thrusting of her pelvis up to invite me to rub it some more.

Lastly, my girlfriend enjoyed how Sassy had no give to her, being that she is glass. Most of her other toys of silicone or some other material that have a slight give to them when used, but glass does not, which was something she had not really experienced. This is just another great point to the already long list for this toy.

Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase and will likely buy another glass toy in the near future.

The Snake of Paradise has held up wonderfully in the time my girlfriend and I have owned it. There are no chips, cracks, or other forms of damage that we can see, but we have avoided dropping it at all costs, so I cannot speak to what shape it might be in had it taken a tumble or two. It is still one of my girlfriend's favorite toys and likely will be for the foreseeable future.
