I have used this toy with my partner, but Tomas could definitely be used for solo play. The vibrations are good for use inside the vagina, on the clitoris, and it can also be used for nipple stimulation. Because there is really nothing to "hold on to" at the bottom of the toy, it is not recommended for anal use.

The vibrations come from the base of the penis. The toy has a few different settings for the vibrations and, in my personal opinion, I feel as though there are no "bad" settings. I love that there are different settings because sometimes I am not "in the mood" for intense vibrations, but other times I need something stronger.

The controls are easy enough, the only problem I have had is turning it the wrong way so that the bottom comes off. Other than that, you just turn the bottom (where you put in the batteries), and the more you turn it, the stronger the vibrations are.

It is a bit too easy to accidentally change the settings. When using the toy on myself, I always accidentally turn the knob where you adjust the settings. The toy doesn't have very obvious "individual settings," as all you do is turn a knob and it vibrates. When it is fully turned though, Tomas has very good vibrations.

With the vibrations, the higher you go the louder the toy gets. At the loudest, I would say on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 5-6.

The care of this toy is easy enough. Just rinse it with soap and water and allow it to dry fully before storing it. According to the package, you can "refresh" the toy by rubbing a layer of corn starch and wiping off the excess. This toy takes 2 AA batteries.

Tomas is the biggest lint and cat hair magnet I have ever had. If I need to take a break, I need to find a spot to set him where my cat has not been and there is no sign of fuzz. Not only does it attract these things, they're also very difficult to wash off. The hardest part to clean off is around the tip.

The packaging is just a clear, plastic package. It has a piece of paper on the inside with the description and it opens by pulling on the sides.

Because the package is clear, it is not at all discreet.

In my personal experience, Tomas was very good to me. I really enjoyed the feel and the vibrations. It was hot for my fiance to use it on me and it was great when my fiance just "wasn't in the mood". If Tomas were to break today, I would most likely shell out the money to buy a new one. This is by far one of the best toys I have used. The only thing I would change is how the battery cover can get unscrewed accidentally, how you adjust the settings, and how much gunk it attracts (lint, cat hair, etc.). I gave Tomas 4 stars. If my "cons" were fixed, it would most definitely be 5 stars!
