While this toy does sport a suction cup, it doesn't appear to work as one might hope. Attaching to a wall proves to be a futile endeavor and the cup will lose its suction in most cases if the ride gets too bouncy.

However, the cup does make a fantastic base for holding the dildo and, while it won't serve the purpose intended, it does serve some function. Just be aware that if you're looking for a suction cup dildo, this probably isn't going to be your best bet.

If you’re looking for realistic, you’re not going to get much better than this. It feels pretty damn real. The molding is quite impressive and the texture makes you want to touch it and ride it. Unfortunately, this material also makes it a bit high-maintenance. Because of its porous texture, I never really felt comfortable using it without a condom. It’s also a lint magnet. This toy will have to be stored in a separate container or bag from your other toys and any other items for that matter, because it will pick up everything and anything. I’ve kept mine stored in a black plastic bag.

As I mentioned earlier, upon taking this one out of the box, I was a bit wary of its size. It’s large in a “Whoa, Daddy!” way that can be more than a little intimidating. However, the design is going to make most unable to say no to it — even if they find the size a bit off-putting at first. The addition of the balls at the base and the realistically contoured head made me eager to get started, despite my qualms about its size.

Length didn’t seem to be too overdone for me. At about 6” insertable length, the Ultra Skin was just right.

Beginning with the Ultra Skin and ending with both the Ultra Skin and a favorite bullet brought me to a satisfying climax. Despite the lackluster suction cup, this dildo is great for lengthy rides. Holding onto the base does allow for you to easily hold onto the dildo while either lying on your back, standing or on all fours.

The Ultra Skin has to be cared for and treated right, otherwise, it just isn’t going to last long. If you’re not using it with a condom (or, if you’re like me, even if you are), you’re going to need to wash the Ultra Skin with an antibacterial soap and powder it down with cornstarch to store it. If you’re busy or don’t have a lot of time to play with your toys, you’re going to want to opt for something that’s less high-maintenance, because this toy certainly is that. Also, keep in mind that you’re going to want to use only water-based lubricants with this, as this is ultimately a delicate toy as well as being high-maintenance one.

I loved using this toy, but feel that the extra measures that I have to go through in order to use and store it make it one that I rarely reach for. Its girth will take some getting used to and one should be prepared to “work up” to insertion. There will be no ramming this one right in and going to town. The Ultra Skin will take some wining and dining before it’s ready to put out. If you’re willing to deal with the maintenance issues, then he’s definitely worth the time.

My main reason for purchasing the Ultra Skin Cock by Doc Johnson was its realism and its suction cup base. Once I had the size mastered, it was time for the real test: Does it stick? Sadly, I found that this one didn’t pass the test. My primary reason for purchasing a suction cup dildo was for “wall banging”; attaching the dildo to the wall and backing onto it. Unfortunately, this didn’t work so well. The weight of the dildo is just too much for it to not succumb to gravity. I attempted different methods for attaching it — both adding water to the bottom of the suction cup and inserting it first and backing onto the wall. Both times, the Ultra Skin Cock lost its suction within seconds.

Riding it while squatting fared a bit better, but only a little. Trying both the tub frame and a wooden chest, I found once thrusting got a little too ambitious, the suction was once again lost. Luckily, the suction cup does work fine as a handhold and thrusting with your hand holding onto the base works out splendidly.
